Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaThe room faced the 4-level parking. The location is around a 15-minute walk to the subway (a minus if you come back late at night and tired 🙁). It could be a little noisy if you sleep with the open windows (because of the passing trains). The breakfast was the same each day and limited (especially for vegetarians! - only tomatoes, cucumbers and cheese!), but good value for money (8.5 EUR / person).
The room was very clean, the bed was comfy, the size of the room was pretty good (considering other Austrian accommodations). The parking lot is very close to the hotel with a decent price (13 EUR / day). The towels were changed every day without a special request! There is a vending machine where you can buy drinks, chips and other sweets (considering every shop is closed after 6 p.m.).

CyprusThe curtains did not keep the light out of the room in the morning. Breakfast not included in the cost of the room, 8.50 euro extra, good quality but not a lot of variety. No closet, but hangers. Toiletries provided i.e. hand soap & shampoo the same.
Close to the central train station, Wien Hbt, about 6-7 mins on foot. Clean and spacious ensuite rooms. Easy check in and out. Comfortable bed, air conditioning, tv. Recommended for short stays and business travels. Good wi-fi signal. Not a noisy hotel.

GermanyBreakfast was well below what I would expect for 8,50 euros. Eggs boiled for like half an hour, coffee with no taste, plus some cheap store bought bread and cake. I would recommend you skip it and get breakfast somewhere else.
Clean and nice hotel. Close to train station, so good for travellers. Tram goes into the city centre and is close by. Nothing special, but at the price it's fair.

Clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel is just a short distance from the main Vienna railway station in a district that has recently been fully constructed. Also handy for the trams and city the transport network. Operates a secure system for left baggage if needed at the start or end of your stay.

The hotel is in a good peaceful location just 5 minutes walk from the main train station, with bus and metro and convenient distance. The room was good and all basic amenties were there. The staff was friendly except the evening guy who was insistent on paying the remaining amount right away when I told him to wait till we reach the room but was too impatient. Breakfast was good and had almost of all the things which should be there.

I really like the simple decor- nowhere to lose things, but lots of storage and plenty space for a few days. I also appreciated opening windows and a room that wasn’t on to a road. The hotel is cost efficient and practical with vending machines instead of costly bars, door codes instead of keys, and an easy buffet breakfast. The bed was comfortable, the bedding was pristine and the room was quiet at night. I also found that the staff on reception were friendly and helpful.

Czech RepublicBreakfast was fine for me, although for a longer stay especially the vegetarian selection is not very varied. It was adequate, but no surprise that would make me remember it.
The location is very good, with a tram you reach the centre quickly. The room was clean and bedded perfect, with a little harder mattress, but that's my preference. Small, but comfortable lobby with a climatization. Nice people at the reception.
