How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room was spacious with a beautiful view from the balcony. The street it is located on was quiet but close enough to walkig path to lake, restaurants and shops. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The coffee was especially delicious.

Didn’t need more. It’s a very nice hotel, helpful staff, most of the attractive places are within minutes drive. We were big group got two rooms close to each other, and children enjoyed spending time cycling and playing in the game zone.

In general, it's not a frandly approach, from start. For example, it's not pet friendly 🙄 Ask everyday room number in the morning Don't want to give a factura , we should waiting for checkout day. In 6 days, didn't change towels and didn't do cleaning but asked for cleaning fee.
We have a very bad experience 😕.

Very nice hotel for skiing trip with sauna, which you can book at the reception and have a time for your company or family. Nice breakfast, comfortable rooms. It's not far from Areitbahn ski lift, apress ski bar. Around there are few places with a good food. Also there is free parking behind the hotel. Quiet and safe neighborhood and nice views through the window.

It's a really good value for your money. Our room was big enough, clean, the bed was comfortable. The personnel/staff was nice with us and we had a room where to put our ski equipment. Overall it s a good place to stay on your holiday.

Maybe some cups and a kettle with some tea filters would be very useful.
Staff, the accomodation was really nice, kind and friendly. Center of the town was near and accessable by foot as well. We liked the delicious breakfast and latte, thank you very much for it Eszter. We will definitely return.

Bus transport frequency is long. Quite inconvenient to get back to hotel in the night.
Room is huge and clean and cosy. Staff are very warm, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good.

Nothing to complain about!
The property was great. Very kind and wonderful staff, provided us with free summer card which can be used in most of the attractions, which saves lot of money. Clean, lovely spacious room with large balcony and views of the mountains, comfy beds and pillows. The breakfast was superb, rich and tasty. Free parking and wifi. Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. I would definitely recommend it. Thanks a lot!

Hotel seems to be renovated @ some parts @ its bathrooms & flooring, but furniture is too old where doors were squeaking, clothes cabinet was full of scratches & door is always being jammed, hot water kettle was dirty & had to clean it my self in order to heat up water for my baby milk, rooms doors with out any looks & keys!!. Moreover no phone was available at rooms & had to go down for any request. In addition no elevator is available & my room was @ the last floor, so had to climb up more than 20 steps with my heavy bags. In addition i felt offended while talking to the afternoon receptionist where she was rude always when ever i approached her welcoming me "yes what do you want!!" I felt like a homeless person being given a stay for free.

Very worth it to stay here. we came for our honeymoon and they booked the best room for us. Love the view from my balcony. Breakfast is good. there is free bicycle and there is a laundry with fee.
