The building and the furnitures were old but it didn’t cause us any problems or discomfort. The elevator can sometimes malfunction. No fridge or safe in the room.

Close to city center, metro stations. Although Reseption is closed after 9pm, it is easy to access to rooms.

The room was clean, spacious and quiet (considering the location in the center of Vienna - 8 minutes walk from Schottentor stop). There is a cleaning service. The furnishings are older, however I don't see this as a problem. The breakfast menu is smaller but surprisingly tasty. I missed the scrambled eggs for example, only boiled eggs are available. Otherwise, you can find basically everything you need here. The whole hotel is strangely laid out, the breakfast area is interestingly located above the reception and you walk to the rooms in a completely different part of the building and half of it looks like private apartments. It's simply interesting. The same goes for the layout of my room. The bathroom was divided into three rooms: a separate sink, a separate shower, which isn't in a separate room, only in some kind of an alcove of the main room, and a separate toilet. Again, it's not a problem, it's just interesting. The separate toilet and shower might actually be great for more than one person in the room. There's no elevator. I don't have a problem with it, but someone might miss it.

Small bathroom, door hitting the toilet with the plumbing from the sink not working properly and pouring in the floor. Not warm enough during the night.

Well located, a short walk from Schottentor, the University and the Rathaus. Rooms are clean, all facilities in order, wifi is stable. There is a working table in the room

Nothing really. One may say that rooms need a little face-lift but it was very good value for the eye spent given the time of the year.

Well, from my point of Idea, the bedframe needs to be maintained. When I entered the room, the first thing I noticed was the bedframe.

Generally speaking, everything seemed nice. Regarding the staff, I met two of them, on the day I arrived in the hotel and the day before checking out. They were nice and helpful. The room was cozy and comfortable. With regards to the location, it was easy to walk to Vienna downtown, all the restaurants and cafes were nearby.

You could clearly see the dirt marks on the wall next to the bed which is not very nice since the bed was attached to it

The position is perfect 10/15 minutes walk from the centre. Breakfast was good. There is a lift. Bathroom is clean and they change towels every day if needed. Room is always warm

Sound insulation was not great. You could hear other guests in other rooms, water in pipes, etc.
