The room had very poor light and felt a little cramped. Additionally, the walls were paper thin and people kept trampling along the corridor at all times during the night, disturbing my sleep.

Location was very convenient for my purposes and very well connected with public transport. Breakfast was good.

I feel that the photos posted in this listing are a little misleading. The room had a strange ensuite bathroom situation - like each part of it was separate, so a separate area with the sink and mirror, separate toilet area, and separate shower area, it all felt a little bizarre. The shower is basically in front of the bed.

The location is good (near Votivkirche and Sigmund Freud museum), and it's decent value for money. The room was warm, clean, and appropriately furnished. I liked the building itself, it's old and quite charming, with high ceilings and big windows. There's a lift, which is very convenient.

Great breakfast. Helpful staff. Great location. Very Gemütlich: Charming, unpretentious, and comfortable. Better than "frou-frou" hotels I've stayed at in Vienna.

It was a very nice, quiet, close to the city center hotel. Very clean, and had all we needed. Very good breakfast. All the people working there were VERY polite. We had a great time. We recommend it and we hope to come back some other time in the future.

Its very old property the wooden floor was black and sticky. Reception services is also not available from 8pm- 8 am. In breakfast there was limited stock everything was finished before breakfast time.

The location was perfect, the staff was friendly. The room was clean and cozy and the bed was good. I was visiting friends in Vienna and it was so nice to have such nice accommodation close to the city center and them. Will definitely come back some day!

Overall, just an older building lacking the amenities of a more up to date hotel, decor / building is "tired" - needs an overhaul. However, for a 1 night stay it was just fine. Very clean. Breakfast was very good, staff very pleasant.

The property is clean and close to public transportation. The breakfast is good as well. The staff is very accomodating.

It’s about five minutes from the station and very close to a lot of the city’s sites. Staff are welcoming and there is free tea and coffee at reception. You get a €10 discount voucher if you opt not to get your room refreshed during your stay. It has a pleasant outdoor garden area. I would use it again and have recommended it to a friend.

Unfortunately, one side of the bed was broken but when I noticed reception was closed (not 24-hour work) the next day morning spoken with a receptionist lady she promised to fix my bed but did not and when noticed reception closed again the second day spoke with gentleman promised again but nothing changed I told them it's not fair my 3 night stayed wasted! Also, the room was not very clean. No A/C at all in the heatwave it was very challenging to get rest. No kettle or fridge in the room Breakfast very poor

After dinner and returning to hotel one in the group found out that he had locked the room with the key inside. It was after closing of the lobby. We rang the emergency phone number and a staff member came inside 10 minutes. The staff member was super nice and fixed our problem. We felt appreciated and valued. We will come here again for sure.

The lack of air conditioning, it was very hot. There could have been more options at breakfast.

The beds were comfortable, the pillows were not. It was quiet.

The furniture in the room was heavily used, the bathroom was clean but terribly outdated. The room was very noisy with the main street just passing by and all the traffic and trams running all night.

The breakfast was ok, the hotel is easily accessible by public transport.
