Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

QatarNot sure if you could improve the lift. Or add another one. There’s a damaged shower door. I just know it when i was doing shower. No bathrobe. And pillows are so thin. It’s like I’m not using pillows at all.
I like the yard. It looks and feels like home. I like the free fruit flavored tea and the free coffee gold stick sachets. Wifi is good too.

BulgariaThe pillows were too soft and my boyfriend who sleeps on a taller pillow at home, was struggling with the too soft pillows in the hotel. But that a personal preference so there isn't one size fits all solution. Maybe having an extra pillow in the wardrobe can help.
Warm rooms, nice bathroom with bathtub and hot water, enough different towels for all needs, good curtains - no lights coming from the street bothered our sleep. I love the bag for dirty clothes available, it's a small detail but really convenient and needed. Towels were changed every day, trash cans were emptied every day...All good stuff.

Nice hotel near the center (15 minutes walk) providing a good balance of quality and price for a few days. The breakfast is good including different options for a long day in Vienna. It is a good option for vacation with family and friends.

HungaryI could only park on the street, I had to buy parking tickets in a nearby Trafik, and I should have changed the tickets behind the windshield every two hours. Thankfully the staff helped me and changed the tickets for me every two hours, so I could go and visit the city.

The room was cozy and clean, breakfast good and staff friendly. The location was great, close to the place, just 5 minutes from Josephinum, where had a conference. The price for this level of comfort was very good.

Since it's not the newest hotel in the world, there are small knacks that are visible here and there, but nothing significant.
