Our room was No. 309, our beds were very lumpy, didnt sleep too well, when I checked the matress it was badly stained, requires changing with decent mattress topper for hygiene, also toilet pan was stained and smelt bad. I did contact the hotel directly but they never got back to me with any comments or apology. Such a shame as we really loved the hotel, this let it down. Would return however if we were assured the changes had been made, as a decent bed and a good nights sleep is important.

Kettle in the room was a plus, lovely breakfast with many healthy options, was the highlight, all staff very nice and helpful. Location in quiet side street, so close to public transport, few mins walk to the nearest tram stop, arrive every few mins.

The last time I stayed in the hotel I had a room next to the lift and it is a bit noisy.

I have stayed in this hotel earlier; it is perfectly placed for my needs (close to AKH, close to Danube channel…); it is situated in a quiet street, the rooms are comfy, equipped with the kettle (which is very important for me). The staff at the reception is kind and helpful, everything usually done quickly and effortlessly.

The room was a little unclean. The bathtub drain did not work well. The sound insulation was in general ok, but I could hear my neighbors. I even was woken up by the noise of checking out at 4 am next door neighbors (but when no one was shouting it was still pretty pieceful).

The size of the room was great: really specious with all the necessary furniture pieces and fridge. Bed was really comfortable and I had a good night sleep and rest. Breakfast was delicious!

Easy check-in, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was great. The location is quiet but within easy distance of transport. We were attending a meeting at the Medical University, and it was in quick walking distance.

The elevator is kinda slow

The staff is friendly and helpfull. The check in was very fast. The room was quite big for my single self, but it was very cosy and warm. There is a fridge with a mini bar in the room, a table, two chairs, TV and a water heater, together with coffee and tea bags. The bathroom is warm, there are plenty towels there, and the soap, body and hair wash in a vanity set. The breakfast offer was not very diverse, but there I ate some of the best scrambled eggs ever. Coffee is great too.

I don't like the inside design, because during the night i switched on the lights three times while i was sleeping. Also the spoon was dirty.

I do not like carpets in rooms but that is hardly something they can change overnight (benefits definitely outweight this small discomfort).

I've stayed at Boltzmann hotel repeatedly because it is a good value for money - located in a very quiet street, friendly staff at the reception, reasonably comfortable rooms and for my needs it is an excellent location close to the Med Uni of Vienna.

Rooms were dated, far too hot . Air coolers broke. Very loud with people on the streets
