Bedding seemed to be old and torn in several places, the matrace and pillows were to soft, and also our apartements main bottom carpet seemed to be old enough to change it. The main lights were poor/shady.

Perfect location with 180 degree panoramama, double balcony, renovated bathroom, very friendly and helpful staff. Our children loved the plastic sledges provided by the accomodation .

They have building work going on and we arrived at 1300 Sat and the work was happening. We hadn’t been advised of this and I think if we’d been staying during the week it would have been irritating. The restaurant closes up very early, I really felt like we had to leave and go to our room and it was 9pm. Our room was ridiculously hot, we hardly slept at all. There’s a balcony that’s shared with all the rooms so opening the door to get some air meant losing all your privacy. One of the guests was smoking on the balcony and the smell was entering our room. Breakfast was limited.

Friendly reception on arrival, helpful, lovely traditional restaurant area. The whole place is clean and well presented. The rooms were a good size. They were mostly ok with us having a small dog with us, I say mostly, one waitress was obviously not ok with it.

The personal closes the main entrance in the evening without any prior announcement. We got stuck outside in the dark, nobody was answering the phone. Nobody answers to the messages on Booking.com. The personal didn't send us the electronic guest cards and only gave us disposable plastic cards (very "environmentally friendly") guest card on the next day during the breakfast. The breakfast options disappointed us. The woman serving the breakfast wasn't polite and sounded rude.

Wifi coverage sometimes poor at places, restaurant guests smoking under the room balconies, which meant the smoke was coming inside the rooms few times a day. Having a shampoo and shower gel provided would make the stay even better. Some staff were unable to speak english, which made some communication harder at times. The breakfast was the same every day, jt could do with some variations (ie. sausages, cakes, fried eggs, etc.). The four bed bedroom was more likely a converted double bed bedroom, so it was quite a squeeze.

Close proximity to the ski slopes. Even though there wasnt enough snow to ski to the doors, and we had to walk some 200metres to the slopes, it wasnt a big deal. Big car park, amazing views from the rooms, daily room cleaning, heated ski boots rack, sauna was great. the fact there is a restaurant makes life much easier for us. good breakfasts and helpful staff.

Very cosy family run hotel on the slopes very near the town of Schladming in the middle of green valleys and with beautiful view on Dachstein massif. The bus operares daily to Schladming and famous cable car destinations. Satisfing breakfeast and very kind stuff always ready to help you. The room is cleaned every day and dinner is also served if you wish. An excellent choice for a truly vacation. Andrej, Croatia

Room: practical, single. Bathroom: it was fine, only the access to the toilet is difficult. View: the main attraction are two apartment buildings, but you can also see the mountains to the side. The room was located exactly above the restaurant. Lots of cigarette smoke and noise. The owner was very nice and helpful, as was Elizabeth at breakfast. Here, too, I would like to thank them for all the help they provided in the planning of the program! I had dinner in the restaurant sometimes, the lady working there was quite rude (she accidentally put a larger amount into the card terminal, I wanted to pay but she was smoking at the next table, etc.)

There is no dedicated smoking area and when other guests smoke in front of the entrance or in the balcony - the room is full of smoke, middle of the night or super early morning. Pillow need to be refreshed. Would be good to have a kettle and at least soap in a room.

It is a nice cozy house with adorable view from your room. Heating room and ski/snowboard storage is available. Always parking space available. Tasty breakfast with brilliant coffee. Nice pasta is the evening at good price. Welcoming staff.

Booking.com mentioned prepayment 50% at booking which was not true and 100% were due at checkout, which lead to unnecessary discussions between host and guest. Booking.com should clean that up!

I booked accommodation on Booking.com. Upon arrival, I asked if we could pay now or if Booking would take care of the finances. Of course, despite the official description, Booking is left out of it (many accommodation providers do it this way, so I was not surprised). The owner asked us to pay when we left. On the last night at 10:00 p.m., he called me on the room's phone to tell me to go and pay right away, because the next day (when checking out) he wouldn't be able to make it and we would definitely leave without paying. Of course I got out of bed, got dressed and went downstairs. I payed. I felt like I was sitting in the dock waiting for my punishment (because we did what he asked about the payment). Fortunately, the amount did not change, I paid as much as Booking stated. Then at the end, he asked me to do him a favor: Never come to the area again. I understand that he is bitter in life, but this kind of behavior is not exactly attractive to guests. I recommend that you be careful when paying if you don't want to be woken up at night.
