Hotel is in a very good part of town, it has a great gym and spa area and it was great to have interconnecting rooms for our family. The bedrooms are functional but quite tired and could do with a refurb. The staff were not very warm or friendly.

It is a short walk to old town (~10 mins) and Mirabell Garden which was very convenient. The facilities were great! Pool, sauna, steam room and quiet spaces in the spa were clean and very relaxing. They offered lockers, towels and water in the spa as well. If you wanted, you could also book a massage. The room had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable. Having a window that opened allowed fresh air however, if opening over night keep in my the church bells start very early. Everything at this hotel was great! Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel. The room was spacious and bed very comfortable. The location is perfect - about a 10 minute walk to the centre of town and some decent cafes and restaurants nearby. The spa is luxurious and is a real bonus and the fitness centre is modern and has the basics. I only had breakfast on one day but it was very reasonable. The staff were very pleasant.

These things are SO minor: - the bathroom light was synced to the fan so you couldn’t turn one on without the other - we didn’t realize the radiator was linked to the tablet in the room and had a sweaty first night - the pool was not heated

The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The location was also perfect to enjoy all the sights of Salzburg. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

Scored slightly lower on comfort due a slight back ache from the bed, however this was more a me than a hotel thing.

This was a superb hotel. Great value, the facilities were excellent Staff were all helpful and friendly, evening arranging a birthday breakfast for my partner. Location was a 10 minute walk from the main old town which is across the river. This area is still historic however with lots of shops - my partner was delighted our room overlooked the grave of Mozart's father and wife! All in all we had a great time in Salzburg and a lot of this was down to the hotel. Overall highly recommended.

We had the top floor two storey unit. The sofa bed was very squeaky and the pillows need replacing very thin.

Since I stayed in a room across the street from the main building, there was a bit of an inconvenience to walk across the street to use the spa. However I was informed that there were lockers where I can store my clothes, so it didn't ruin my experience at all!

The location of this hotel was the prime reason why I stayed here and have no regrets! It was really easy to walk to all the destinations on my list, close from the train station, and a convenient taxi drive to the airport.

A nice small hotel located very close to the pedestrian zone on the Neustadt side of the centre of Salzburg. All sights easily reachable on foot. A superb breakfast. Very fresh ingredients and handmade items.

We enquired about a massage the girl on the front desk said she would check. But we never heard back. When we mentioned to the night porter later that night , it still wasn’t noted and no one got back to us on the next day either. Start from that we had a lovely stay and the hotel itself was brilliantly located and spotless!

Nothing, the hotel was exactly what we expected. The swimming pool was a bit too cold but we were very happy with the quality of the steam room and sauna.

Very quiet, clean, comfortable and excellent staff. Charles at breakfast was absolutely brilliant, so kind to our daughter and the perfect host.

We had the lovely stay at the Wolf Dietrich. The staff not only met, but anticipated our needs and exceeded out expectations. Perfect spot to walk anywhere in the pedestrian district and the city. We walked all the way to the fortess. The Spa was clean and very enjoyable. Reception and bar was open 24 hrs for whatever we needed. They helped us store our ski equipment from the previous leg of our trip and called taxis that could accommodate everything! We would highly recommend staying here.

Only negative was the lack of English TV channels in room. Hundreds of channels but only English channel was BBC news, which is very repetitive. Not a major issue as not in the room a lot.

Excellent location, and convenient to all tourist attractions. The Spa in the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable to return to after a day of sightseeing. Staff are very welcoming and pleasant, shoutout to Andreas on the front desk. Spacious, comfortable rooms and hotel was very quiet.

A wonderful hotel with a warm welcome. We loved the view from our room overlooking the mausoleum. The breakfasts were fantastic with a good selection and a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were so friendly and helpful and helped us with transport and advice on Salzsburgs sights. The hotel is central and only a 5 minutes walk to the Aldstadt. The spa area was lovely and clean and very relaxing. Would stay here again. Highly recommend

It was a little small for 4 people but it was just to sleep for 1 night

Excellent hotel that is reasonable and has a great location. The hotel was able to accommodate 2 adults and 2 teenagers in adjoining room. Great breakfast too. Also, has a surprisingly fully functional spa in basement with a pool, sauna and steam room.
