Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandDepending on luck the visit can either go very smoothly or very unfortunately. We had a problem with check in, as the code provided to the box was incorrect and so we had to wait in cold kitchen for around half an hour, lucky for us the staff answered on WhatsApp chat and helped us relatively quickly. Another guest however was assigned the same room as us and when he arrived at the hotel late, the staff was no longer answering his calls, so he ended up sleeping on a couch in the hallway.
The main point has to be the price, it's hard to find anything remotely close to what this has to offer.

SloveniaThe front door of the house is always unlocked so you just let yourself in and each room is locked separately. Our room wasn't cleaned. There were previously used towels, sheets and trash from the previous person sleeping there. The kitchen was quite unclean, so was the bathroom. The room looks a bit different on photos than in real life.
The heating was working, there was a hanger for our clothes.

Czech RepublicVery hot at night, no way to dry the dishes, urgent shortage of trash cans in the whole building. The bathroom could use some care (hints of mold in the shower). Our room was overall very small and not suitable for longer stays - missing any cabinets or shelves to store luggage. We weren't allowed to store our bikes in the garden for no apparent reason.

NigeriaI was scam of 10€ from this property which they asked me to pay so I could checkin by1pm early before the actual time 3pm but before I could get there I received a message from the same property that they are really sorry I can't checkin anymore do to their personal reasons, so I wait until the actual check in time which is 3pm and that my 1O€ fee will be refund but they never refund it. So guys, be careful of this property they are scammers and the place it's so unclean very dirty with rats all over the place.....

United StatesI don’t ever write reviews but I think it’s important for people to know how unkept this property is. Everything was dirty the bathroom, shower, floors, the individual rooms. There was no toilet paper and it got replaced with rough paper towels. The bathroom was so dirty my family preferred to use the bathroom outside in restaurants then have to use it in this property. The entire house smelled like smoke, even the sheets and the towels were given felt unclean. The main door was left open there was no security. The property said it had WiFi but it actually had none. The people in the property were weird and would have loud sex throughout the night not letting you sleep. There was no garbage bins in room so garbage would pile up.The worst stay ever.
I didn’t like anything about the property it was dirty and it smelled.

HungaryThe accommodation is nothing like it's advertised. Everything was so unsanitary I had to accept the loss and move to another place, even though I payed for three nights. The restroom had toilet paper covered in feces just thrown into an open basket. The kitchen was dirty and repulsive. The bedsheets were covered in suspicious stains and smelled horrible. Also the heating didn't work, my room was ice cold (in November). Management didn't do anything and they insisted everything is as intended and they refused to reimburse me. Avoid at all costs.
