Communication was poor. The hotel was closed when we arrived and we only got in because a cleaner happened to be there. The manager/owner could/should have messaged in advance to explain how we got entry (via a keypad). As we went out to find something to eat, the next guests were going through the same malarky - so not a one-off glitch.

Very clean, spacious room. Close to town centre. Themed rooms worked well.

Huge room with great mountain views front and back. Excellent location for walking into old town centre. Free parking by entrance. Very helpful and accommodating staff who checked us in when we arrived earlier than expected, carried our luggage up to our top floor room and found us a table for an evening meal even though the restaurant was fully booked!

You have to wait for the resturant to open before you can check-in.

Nicely refurbished small hotel & resturant on the edge of the Bludenz altstadt. Nice room & bathroom. Parking. the resturant & food looked good (I didn't eat there), the bar was great for an aprés-ski beer.

Too bad there wasn't even any soap in the room. It wasn't easy to find where to check-in to the hotel. Turns out you can check-in at the restaurant on the 1st floor. Need to ask around or figure out on your own. I'd say it would have been better if that was notified in advance.

Location was good, walkable distance from the station. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staffs were friendly and helpful. There were no drinking water, towels but since the room price range was lower compared to other hotels in the area and was for 1 night stay, it wasn't bad.

Feedback for staff: One of the windows could not be fully covered by the curtains. The shower shampoo - pump fell off.

The staff was very friendly. We came in late, but that was no problem! We had a beautiful view on the church next to us. The room was very spacious.

Ot was an old style hotel, which is good I that's what you prefer. But it was in need of updating but repairs. I arrived on a Sunday when everywhere was closed and had to call a number. The call wouldn't accept my number, so I had to ask a local to borrow their phone to call to gain entry. There is no lift in this property. I was on the 3rd floor along with a couple with a baby and a pram. The location was just a pitstop, one night for me, and I'm glad that's all it was. I wouldn't stay here again.

We were in the room on the first day the cleaner came to clean the room so we asked her to come back later which she never did. The next day was a Sunday so no cleaner came. We were there for 3 nights and the room never got cleaned.

The location is excellent. Easy walking distance from the train station and right at the entrance to the Old Town.

Check in and checkout. Probably could have used some information in regards to both of those. When first arrived - no one was there and in a few minutes that was resolved. Checking out - probably needed some help on that one that knew I had prepaid.

It really was a great room with a great bed sitting right across the street from the old part of the city. The room had was on the floor above the bar/restaurant and was a big room that was super clean. Great shower with very hot water and great shower pressure too!

Right next to a church bell tower. If you don't like hourly bell tolls, it might not be for you.

It is said it has bathtub, but actually it's not working, only shower.Room doesn't have air conditioner, there's no electric kettle, no cup, no free tea/coffee. The room was in dust. A little disappointed.
