Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

North MacedoniaI could hardly suggest anything that the hotel lacks. Someone, for example, would suggest an apres ski facility, but I, as a hotel guest, prefer peace and quiet.
The location of the entire ski center is outstanding, and the location of the hotel is exceptional. The hotel is excellent and worth the price of the arrangements. Not only the breakfast, but also all the meals are plentiful and well prepared. Special compliments to the chef de cuisine.

UkraineBreakfasts are wonderful, Prosecco and coffee served during the breakfast are delicious. Very cozy rooms. Also, everyday you can enjoy snacks for free. Dinners are varied and insanely delicious. Staff is very caring. Big and free parking. Ski lift is located in 1 minute walk. I did not expect that in 4 stars I will receive impeccable service, wonderful food and an ideal location. On the first day I extended my stay and booked another weekend at the hotel

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Really amazing value for money - service was great, hotel facilities were superb and rooms gorgeous. The food was a real highlight; every morning and night we had such fabulous food and the staff (including the sommelier) were wonderful. The location was also fantastic, literally next door to the main lift - I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Hintertux.
