Products such as pillows and duvets could have been better. The fact that the pillow is so small and hollow prevents you from getting a good sleep.

The location of the hostel was very good. It can be said that it is right next to Belvedere Palace.

This place was having technical issues when I went there and check in was not smooth at all. It was very frustrating, and I wasn’t the only one having a problem. The staff did help but as there are no on-site check in staff, it was a hassle.

The beds offer a unique level of privacy for hostels. Honestly, it was kind of like having my own room in a way.

The system was faulty, so it took me an hour to do the check in. There's no reception (as it's s do it yourself check in) so the cleaning lady had to help me and another person who had the same issue.

Beds are like the capsule hotel but bigger, so you have your privacy. Everything is quite new and clean. You have a code to enter and to your room, so no keys required.

- As there is no staff in the hostel at all if a problem would arise it would be difficult to solve in a timely manner. - There is no AC in the rooms. There is a cooling fan provided but it's not strong enough to cool the room during hot weather. - The "capsule beds" are made out of wood and have a lot of edges. It's fairly easy to bump your head and other body parts when entering/exiting the beds.

- This is a self service hostel, chances are you won't meet nay of the staff as everything is operated by keypads for which you receive codes during check-in process. - Good for privacy. - Cleaned everyday. - Good location.

The capsule bed is a bit claustrophobic and not comfortable at all. The hostel is 40min away from the city centre (walking distance) and our room was just next to the entrance’s door so very lousy and cold due to people coming in and out all the time. Also, to go to the toilet or common areas, we need to kind of enter the hostel again, as the room is located “outside” of the area where the other rooms are. Last but more of a heads-up: check in is a bit confusing. I saw several people facing issues with check in and couldn’t complete it due to payment in cash.

Bathrooms and kitchen very clean. It’s easily accessible by metro.

Rooms are largely unequipped - other than a bed and a tiny table, there was nothing in ours, not even a chair to sit down. The bed linnen was clean, however there were no duvet cases, just single bedsheets to put between you and the duvet. I understand this saves a lot of time to the cleaning staff, however from a hygienic point of view, having an unprotected duvet used by dozens of people is not ideal. Moreover the bed is not very comfortable, especially when shared. If you are sensible to ambiental noise, i recommend bringing earplus.

Place conveniently situated 5mins from vienna hauptbahnhof. Online checkin allows to arrive at any time, free luggage storage if you arrive before the room is available. The common area is very nicely decorated and very welcoming. The rooms were clean and the common areas were decently clean, given that we arrived late and did not see any cleaning staff in the 12h we spent there. All in all, good value for money if you need to soend the night while waiting for a train connection

You have to put the bedding on your bed yourself and the sheet was non-fitted (and not big enough to tie knots under the mattress), making it hard not to get everything out of place when going to lie down. I saw that everyone else in my room had this same problem, so I’d recommend doing something about that. The towel that I was given was a hand towel, it made do but would’ve liked a bigger one for showering. But these are minor things. I’d come back here to stay again for sure!

I was actually dreading this hostel a bit after reading some of the less positive reviews. But I was very pleasantly surprised - didn’t experience any of the disturbances that other guests have reported, and the check in couldn’t have gone smoother. The beds were almost like pods, very private and lockable. Showers and toilets in really good condition and very clean, I saw the cleaning staff hard at work when I arrived. Hofer, Billa and good food places a stones throw away. Place felt very safe and if you need to be close to the Hbf, you can’t go wrong.

No receltion at all, the cleaning ladies help a lot, no possibillity to lock luggage before and after check in, bed because of doors dont hide the rails, make very uncomfortabe to sit go onto bed, that problem could be solved by more thick matraces

The localisation, near main train station, metro in front of entrance doors, city bikes also neae, close to Belvedere ( walking distance), very clean, cleaned everyday, nice and renovated, kitchen great spacious amd well equipped. Beds give a lot of privacy, internet works well.

This is a self-service hotel and requires online check-in and check-out. However, the online application process is too complicated and not very friendly to people who are not good at English. Hope the hotel can simplify the check-in process.

the rooms. extremely hot and there were quite a lot of ants which got on my bags and all. and when people close the sliding door on the bed, it gets really loud .

there were multiple showers which was great. however, room can get extremely stuff in the summer. the common space is colder than the rooms and i see people going there to sleep. but the common area is also very cosy to hangout with adequate equipment to cook a nice meal.
