Could have curtains for the beds as the dormitories are mixed and also more toilets maybe on the hallway as one toilet for 6 people can get busy quickly.

I don’t recommend this place to especially solo female travelers. It didn’t feel safe. One night, there was a drunk guy shouting, making weird noises for 40 minutes it felt like he was inside the hostel as it is easy to walk in bc the doors just open to anyone. (I couldn’t go outside in case i come across to this guy I think I made the right choice.) Then, my bed had bugs and I have been dealing with the bites, I am itchy all over and even had to see a doctor. There were so many bugs on the bed. Then, when i had trouble with my roommates who were well over 40 acting out their weird sexual fantasies WITH ME PRESENT IN THE ROOM, I complained to change my room and was charged 15 euros cleaning fee. I know their behaviors weren’t establishment’s fault but I didn’t enjoy having to pay money for some weirdos’ behavior. So beware. The neighborhood’s weird too.

The staff were quite nice, they helped me with my problems. The only good thing about this place tbh.

i put my suitcase in the locker in the room and locked with my padlock, but one of the staffs broke my padlock or something (cuz they didnt give me the padlock back so i am guessing they broke it) and i asked some staffs there but they are not willing to help

A lot! Never ever will go back there again. Anyone reading this: go find yourself a better place in Vienna. Believe me, we have been going to Vienna 5 times now and never had an experience like this. It was horrible and the fact that our next property (in Prague) which had less facilities was a ray of light after this experience, should say enough. ○Ladies behind desk: rude ○No help when we had issues ○Fire alarm had papers all around; super unsafe! ○Hairs on the bed ○When booking contacted them to discus a part money-back or refund they answered with only one word: "no". Want to know more? We were utterly frustrated, sad and had to do several calls to booking (which took a lot of our holiday time; 30 minutes at least for every call we made)

Room is too cramped. Light sensor in toilet is not great. The lights will turn off mid shower and it is very dangerous to have to keep on stepping out of the shower area mid shower to reactivate the lights. Please note that shower soap is not provided and you will have to purchase it from the counter/supermarket. During our stay (on Christmas Eve) our food got stolen from the common fridge so please use it at your own risk. We weren’t the only victim and the staff won’t do anything for you unless you make a police report. There was one day our room was not cleaned (towels not changed despite leaving them on the floor, beds were not made) and when we asked for a change of towels at the counter, one of the staff said we had to pay 1 euro each for it. He eventually gave us the clean towels after some back and forth.

Location is near to metro and train station. Supermarket is a short walk from the accommodation.

It would have added space for toiletries in the bathroom.

Great location, close to public transportation both tram and metro. A huge plus was the possibility to store my luggage before and after the check-in and moreover it is free of charge. Nice staff, quick check-in. I highly recommend it. I appreciate them trying to be eco friendly. I requested an extra blanket and I had it prepared in the room. It was warm and nice.

They don't have elevators. I mean how come they have 4 to 5 stories building without elevators. There room service is zero. You have to make your bed and put covers on the duvet and cushions. It will smell anyway.

I didn't like the noisy double beds. The mattress was sooo soft that I got back pain. The room too small for six ppl. No smart solutions to make it up.

The location close to the center was what made it worthy. And it was clean.

The staff of the hotel was so cold, not smiling at all…in the morning the staff was screaming (communicating ) while all the guest were trying to sleep out… after long day I had to stand up at 8:00 am to ask them to be more quiet 😏

The staff was really rude. Even though it says they have lockers, they do not provide locks. They try to sell that, keep that in mind before coming. The rooms were so small.
