Upon check-in one will be asked if you would like to use the included cleaning service. If one affirms this, however, it does not mean that in fact someone would ever show up to clean and change the towels. If you then ask at the reception for the service to be provided, you will be comforted. No one ever showed up for the service. My e-mail remained unanswered. . .

The location directly at a subway station is tempting - but: during the off-peak hours, the subway runs only every quarter of an hour.

If you're coming in summer, don't forget to take your swimsuit - there's a wonderful lake right in front of the hotel with super clean & turquoise water. The location is on the edge of the city, but there's a metro station right next to the hotel that takes you to the centre in just around 20 minutes. The price-quality ratio is unbeatable for Vienna. On top of that, the whole building itself is very interesting and it feels like you live inside an important landmark. Apparently, it's the second tallest wooden skyscraper in the world, the interior & the tech behind it is very cool! I loved it here!

Very nice stay. In spite of the distance from the historical center, the hotel has very good connection with the city. The infrastructure in the area is perfect and convenient, the whole area is modern. The personnel was super helpful and responsive, pleasure to deal with such people. The room was nice and clean. So, highly recommended. Great thanks to gentlemen from the reception.

-Staff not helpful -Reception guys not flexible -Location very very far from everything u will spend almost one hour to arrive to any other place -Mattresses are part high and part low :( - a/c not working well and i asked reception if there’s anyone from maintenance to help us he said we don’t have open the window and u will get fresh air 😡

We didn't know that you can swim in the lake, it's a pity we didn't have swimsuits :)

It's a bit of a distant location, still easily approachable by U2 line, so it perfectly suited our needs, as we were going to the Ernst Happel stadium. Modern residential area, quiet in the night, so you can get a good sleep. Restaurant, bakery, supermarket, underground station are next door. The lake view from our room was fantastic. Room is spacious, clean, with contemporary furniture, has everything you need for a short stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful with parking arrangements. Check-in and check-out times are generous. We will definitely go back!

Awesome spacious room, very big and comfy beds. Very handy that Metro is only 100m away from hotel so you can reach any part of Vienna very easily. Lake view was magnificent, very relaxing after you wake up in the morning, staff was very polite and helpful - willing to help with restaurant ideas nearby and even offered to watch the EURO 2024 on their TV.

The air condition in the room didn t work. The receptionist said three times: It will work...... it was 26,6 *C in the room

It’s a long summary, but the issues were only minor!! Cleanliness could be a bit improved, especially regarding the air conditioning system. Our door card stopped working more than 20 mins before check-out time, it took 20 mins of walking around and an international call in the end to find a person of staff to get my partner up to our room on the 20th floor to bring our baggage down - the receptionist did not really believe that he was trying to get back to the room for 20 mins, and we were originally not to check out late. No fees were raised, so it’s not a problem, but it felt wrong that instead of saying sorry for the ill working card we were made to feel guilty of missing the check out time by a couple of minutes. So be prepared, always have their phone number with you! It can be found by the check-in desk. Still these little issues did not change my overall experience with Dormero, I loved the stay, and am planning to come back 💛

I am extremely allergic to peanuts. I almost died after eating what I thought were regular cornflakes, but which turned out to be peanut cornflakes. Although allergies are no longer something rare (especially peanut allergy), there was no clear sign that these cornflakes were containing peanuts. I ended up throwing them up in the toilets, and needing adrenaline shot to overcome it. Seriously guys, you need to do something about this. I'm probably not the first, and surely not the last!

The view is great, the beds are comfy.

The breakfast price was too expensive and it was nothing special. Parking was too expensive as well.

Nice view, transportation was very easy as the U bahn station was right next to the hotel. Friendly stuff.

This is my 6th time visiting but this time it was so hot in the room the Aircon barely worked me and my friend were sweating outside was way cooler. I ask the staff for a room overlooking the lake but no I got the loudest room overlooking the train. Horrible stay this time. I don’t know if I should give it a second chance.

I come here often. To just relax when I don’t feel like traveling outside of Vienna. I would love the staff to read and review the feedback more.
