Cleaning was not perfect. We had rose leafs in the bathroom and dust in the room, but not much. From the bathroom came a very strong smell of canalisation, pipes have to be checked.

Super location - new Vienna, beautiful neighbourhood. Lake is 1 min away. VERY comfortable bed and pillows. Perfect location if you go to the Stadium for a concert, as metro station is 2 min away. New and modern. Dogs are allowed! (I think there was no extra fee, but not sure about that)

There’s nothing that comes to mind, tho I have to say the people outside that check the cars for “not allowed” car parking are a bit rude, I wasn’t even allowed te get the navigation ready….. but that has nothing to do with the hotel!

It’s very new, big and well thought, because of its Dormero standards. The breakfast is maybe pricey, but it is well worth it! Lots of choises! And of course the U2 the right downstairs to go to the city center!

Guys at reception were super fantastic! As a dog trainer for me was a huge shock to understand that guys didn’t touch heads of my dogs, they just let them to be sniffed 🥰. It means a lot to me. Means to be really pet-friendly place. The room was super clean and beautiful. The lobby is super beautiful and omg free bar in the fridge. We very enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in a fantastic place

We loved the comfort the property provided us with,cleanness and the whole design. The location made it so easy to get to the heart of Vienna by the U2. There is a beautiful lake with swimming opportunity and a very modern playground area where all the family members can find something to do.

I requested for a double bed but got 2 single bed and they asked me to push them close together to make it a double 🙄

The climate could not be adjusted

Stunning view to lake from window, we absolutely love it. Near hotel (3min) grocery shops and metro station. To the city center is about 30min by metro. In front of hotel is terrace for chilling with drink or breakfast. We appreciated it.

20 Euro seems a bit expensive for breakfast (compared to every similar hotel I visited), but fortunately there are a few other options in the area

The UBahn station makes it an excellent location if you visit the Ernst Happel Stadion. Neat room, comfy bed, usable free WiFi, complimentary mini bar.

The staff are really nice and welcome. Pets are very accepted in the place. Also there are welcome drinks provided in the fridge. The breakfast is nice and with lots of choices.

A wonderful hotel, clean, nice, top location. The u-bahn is next to the hotel, so the city of Vienna is easily accessible. Loved the personel.
