the pillows were not really comfortable. The soap in the restroom basin kept slopping into the basin. The real issue was the room temperature, way too warm. We could not sleep from it so we kept the window open at the end. (We did not find the thermostat)

Amazing hotel in amazing Kitzbühel. We loved the food and the facilities (sauna and the pool). The staff was super friendly and helpful with tips what to see in Kitzbühel and around.

The beds were not at all comfortable. From the mattress to the strange uncomfortable linen - I struggled to have a good nights sleep. The pillow selection was also very poor. The rooms are heated through a central heating system and it took us a night of extreme sweats and dehydration to figure out how turn down the heat.

Hotel is pretty and has a nice restaurant, bar and spa on the premises. It also has two heated indoor pools and a sauna. The staff were all lovely and very accommodating, especially Nemad who went out of his way to make attend to our every need. The room we booked was nice and big and felt like we had plenty of space.

The rooms are warm and cozy and all the staff are so helpful and friendly. We really enjoy all the facilities and chose to stay here often.

Just small remark , if possible to be organised back shuttle from gondola.

The hotel is 5-6 minutes to the beginning of the village and 15 min walk( a part uphill) to the main ski lift. There is shuttle at 8.30 am the same time as the opening hours of the ski lift…they can put one earlier shuttle… also my room was on the 5th floor and after 3rd floor no elevator.. in neither case no problem.. I enjoyed walking in the mornings and my room was quite looking backward…

The hotel is beautiful, super cosy, nicely done, very neat, spacious rooms, 2 indoor pools , one of them with a view, friendly staff especially Verana was amazinf, super helpful and warm, sincere, good variety and high quality breakfast, but my biggest applause goes to the head chef of the cuisine Mr. Sasha Rodel for allowing us for such an elegantly made superb delicious half board cuisine experience. I hesitated booking the hotel as I usually do not get impressed with the food but this is exceptional! Great fresh salad buffet changing every night with cold appetizers like salmon, hamachi sashimi, musrooms of good quality. shrimp salad, etc… followed by 3 course dinner with options including fish, meat and even vegan;))) well done Mr.Rodel and Hotel Erika!

Thank you very much for cozy stay. Everything was perfect. Rooms and PILLOWS are really comfortable. SPA and sauna warm and terrific! FB was at highest level! Special thanks to Nino, who took care of us during all stay. Free shuttle service to ski lifts.Mini bar is included with non alko drinks. Highly recommend this property. Will definetly come back.

The lightning in the room could be much better, especially in the night it’s almost impossible to get something from the wardrobe and the pillows were really uncomfortable (very tiny)

Everything was wonderful for us. Our friends unfortunately had a room without a nice view. This was the only minus we found.
