CroatiaOur room wasn’t ready on time. We needed to wait more than one hour so instead our check in starts at 3pm it started after 4pm. The reception staff just didn’t care our room wasn’t ready. They didn’t offer any apologies or compensation for this inconvenience. The location of child playgrounds is poor and located in the basement. Poor selection of entertainments for kids.
The restaurant staff is extremely nice and the food is perfect.

Czech RepublicThe lunch was a bit weak part of the day, not much choice and very busy as part of the restaurant was closed. Falky kids playroom was parent free zone from 16-19hrs (we had 2yr old and we would appreciate to go there and play).
We loved the breakfast, nothing was missing. The dinner was usually very good (some food was excelent, we liked less the “austrian” dinners, but there was really a lot of choice). The room was very nice,clean and with proximity to kids playroom and kids pool.

CroatiaThe food for lunch and dinner is not very tasty and for such an expensive hotel I would expect much better. Deserts are not good at all.
The hotel is nice, nothing too fancy. The appartments are nice and big enough. The SPA is nice and the pool. Massage was very good. The breakfast is amazing however the dinner is bellow average. However our waiter Luka was great. The location of the hotel is great but there is not much to do or take a walk outside the hotel.

Beautiful location in the village of Katschberg - handy proximity for the Adventweg in December. incredible kid’s facilities - very welcoming atmosphere for kids. Lovely large room. Food plentiful and tasty. Loved having our own dedicated table for dinner and breakfast.

Austria- the staff was mixed, some of the not motivated and very hard for understanding (some staff didn‘t speak german well and their english was also not so good) - behavior was not so well and i guess the management know it, bcs there is a special sentence, that follows u during the holiday, that means „please accept the tip, that we are booking on your account (€ 10 per day) to have / keep the motivation of staff; such sentence can not be the truth in. a hotel that is having „welcome at home“ as slogan - pool is small - a lot of technique was broken during our 4 days stay /1 ice machine, 1 coffee machine, the billard equipement etc etc - for us it is not a 4 star hotel according to austrian standards - the preperation of food (during breakfast) was not a 4 star standard; sometimes u had the feeling that a wild cowboy has been prepering the cheese etc - a lot of mails / messages arriving after the booking with a lot of nice wordings aso, but the half of it is relatively kept; also the online check in service and u‘re getting a QR code; even that u have to provide some data at the reception - very negative is, that u can not delete the tipp of € 10 per day, if u do the online checkout - either u pay and check out online, or u have to pay at the reception - not a serious way - tipp; even there is the rule of the € 10 per day, u have to sign at the bar aso for some kind of drinks and there is also the option for giving a tip on the singing bill - so no clear way of the management to provide the tips to the staff and totally unclear for the guest
- the location of the Hotel is very good, close to a lot of „action“ points and very close to the mountain trail - the suite was big and clean - a lot of sports grounds around - breakfast is ok (wide range of diff. kinds of food) - around the hotel very nice restaurants etc
