It would be great to have lunch earlier, and then cake/snacks at 16:00-17:00 when people return from skiing. My only suggestion… the hotel is wonderful. Thanks for a great stay!

New hotel, with all day entertainment for the kids, amazing food, 5 starts service. As parents of 3 little ones we could get rest, ski and enjoy nice dinners! It was amazing holidays!

The hotel is amazing, great structure for families. The food is great, breakfast amazing, dinner and lunch with great variety. You fell really comfortable there, like at home. My daughter and nice loved the place! The swimming pools and all the play area for them. Massage at the spa was great too! I recommend the Hotel 100%, and I hope to come back soon!

table tennis and pool table are locatated in the middle of the sitting area/lounge. it would makes sense to separate it a bit.

the staff and food is exceptional - chef victor made fresh gluten free pizza and dessert for our son. he just loved it. wow!

The water in the swimming pool was too cold. I couldn’t stay too long as I felt very cold. The lighting in the room when we had dinner was strange, it was very dark. I actually felt uncomfortable.

The location is beautiful. It’s a real paradise for kids. Adults spa was also very nice. Great selection of food at breakfast and dinners.

Check-in is too late with 4pm (most family hotels have check-in at 3pm). €15 room service fee is on the high side, especially when you order something small for the kids to eat (fries, etc). Afternoon snack is more like a lunch (which is how most guests use it), but at 2pm quite too late, especially for little kids. Needs some optimizing in terms of offering/times.

Amazingly designed hotel for kids, which allows full fusion between kids entertainment and family/adults time; very good service and exceptionally friendly staff; very good and rich buffet for breakfast and dinner; great gym and very good (new) spa; the hotel is well located close to cable cars and offers a lot of entertainment especially for kids around 5-6 yrs

Amazing place! The food was excellent, the SPA was very nice, and the kids had a lot of fun on their own (7 and 9 years old)! The ski / snowboarding part went also great! A lot of powder on our days!

I liked everything. I would recommend to put a small diaper bin for families with babys/toddlers.

The kids room is very small, though nice, and it has heating attached to one of the kids’ bed. One of my kids slept in the upper bed which should be a playing area for kids, so to avoid overheating. My impression is that the food quality despite still being great is a bit less excellent than last year.

The hotel is very very nice, modern, clean, relaxing. It’s the second year we come back. The food buffets are very generous and an add-on is the afternoon snacks buffet it really makes any taste of great amount of food available to the guests very often during the day. The pool is nice and safe for kids. The sound proof ceilings and walls make the hall and restaurant comfortable despite this being a family hotel. Also the kids club is nearby the hall and family and kids stay close when after dinner kids play in the nearby indoor playgrounds. The staff is kind and available to help you at any moment. There is now a shuttle to the gondola which is in any case 5 minutes by foot away. We could do ski service in the hotel. The spa is good and I could make good use of the gym as well.

We’ve been last year as well and we expected to find everything the same or close to our last experience but it looks that the management made some cuts and that reflected in food :(

Kids would appreciate same interactive table that has Fakensteiner Funanimation Katschberg.

Hotel is not directly on slope but it has its own shuttle bus that drives you directly to the cabin. We were pleasantly surprised by lunch that was part of the half-board. Modern, clean hotel with lots of activities. Lots of things around to do in summer too. Pets are allowed.
