Nice clean facilities. Little to no information prior to coming. Would have been nice to have received my code for check in before the same day. Made me have to turn on my phone using data another day just to collect the code for the check in. Also 0 information about signing up for breakfast and the fire pit ahead. Email only said to notify for breakfast, turns out that’s 24 hours before do we missed out completely. Received long messages but none with information that we needed for the stay. Would have loved an evening fire pit since was still very cold at night but apparently you have to arrange that 2-3 days in advance but that was not in any of the information. Pricey for just a place to sleep.

The only issue was that the bus back from innsbruck center stops around 7pm which is just worth noting, it's not a criticism as such because it was great to even have a bus to and from the center!

The breakfast was lovely, room was clean, staff were very helpful and friendly - the free innsbruck card was very useful for travel whilst in innsbruck.

Beautiful place, surrounded by nature and mountains. Very clean and modern facilities. Hourly bus to Innsbruck at the entrance. Innsbruck welcome card included if you stay more than 3 nights. Very friendly staff.

It was too warm in the barrel room when we came and took some time to cool it down. Also we missed a bin on the room.

Would be nicer if the toilet had a more private door. The location is great, the view is amazing, but getting anywhere meant first going to the city of Innsbruck, and the bus was only once an hour.

The place was very clean and well organised. The shower was great. The hut was very warm and cosy and the view to the mountain was amazing. The staff was very friendly. We did not expect this but we were given a welcome card with a lot of nice things including free usage of public transport, and other nice and useful things.

- a bit isolated; you depend on a vehicle - they offer a shuttle to mutteralm cable car and back. I requested one to pick us up from the cable car. They said I have to go down to the main bus station in mutters. I arrived there in 30 minutes and then waited for another 30 minutes but nobody came…

The location is great, and there are regular transfers to Innsbruck. We would absolutely stay here again instead of staying in Innsbruck proper.

Everything was good.

Very beautiful location in the middle of the nature. We booked a wood lodge and although small, this is very confortable with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The place is very clean and there are many options for you to choose, from the barrels to lodges, classic rooms or little homes. We appreciated the free coffee and tea. You have the possibility to set the temperature for the room as you wish and in a very short time the place will be very confortable also during the winter with freezing temperatures outside. Everything is fabulous and this is also very close to Innsbruck (there is also a bus taking you to the city)

That the size of the cabin is very small and one of us had to climb out of bed. However, after adjusting to the layout of the cabin, we learnt how and where to put and arrange things, we then start to enjoy it and feel cozy and relaxing.

Though it's a small cabin, it's very clean and cozy. We are offered a free card to take cables to visit the mountains, they are very good and don't forget to use them during the weekend. It is also a must to walk to the village and try the butcher there!

Coffee at breakfast is quite bad. Dish soap in the lodge would've been helpful. Salt and pepper in the lodge would've been great.
