How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Nothing really that would be worth mentioning, especially considering the very reasonable price for accommodation.
Location, parking, cleanliness, and a very friendly lady who allowed us to have breakfast even though we were pretty late for that.

quite hot in the room, noisy with the window open it was quite a hot week across europe though, in more normal circumstances it probably wold be fine
the staff has been very friendly, helpful and dedicated nice breakfast to start the day rooms were clean and cozy, and the parking spot is extremely convenient the location is very good for going to the race track

The towels were a little too small and didn't like taking much water - but it could be our fault, there were some extra in the bathroom
Very nice breakfast, fresh bread Good parking, we had a place for our car with trailer Close to Red Bull Ring and on the outskirts of the city which helped with navigating with a trailer

We spent here one night to visit Red bull ring, perfect location for that, room was comfortable and clean. We stayed here with our 2 year old son, so it was nice that surrounding were quiet and we were able to go in evening walk and let him run around.

The house is right next to a road; it was unfortunately not possible to sleep with open windows because of the noise.
New rooms, recently refurbished and very clean. The breakfast was very good!

Guys, be carefull with this place! First of all, we booked this room for a two persons. I have a confirmation e-mail from Booking ( I attach a picture). Than when we came the owner said to us, that the price of 58,10 is for one person, for two of us would be 90 Eur. Is like almost a double! She didn't want us to help anyhow to find an agreement. So we left to look for another place. I think this is a scam and must be denounced for this fraudulent activity. Imagine, we come to a small town in the middle of nowhere in Austria at 23:00 tired and wanting to sleep. And only thing the lady can do is offer us to pay almost a double price for sleeping one night. It is a shame!
Everything bad. The town was smelling as a sh*t, literally.

it got cold at night as heating is goin' off at midnight but season was still cold outside.
It's basically a guest-house, rooms are new and comfortable; bathroom is new and big and clean. The host is super kind all the time, very gentle for any request or help whan asked. Breakfast is super good, fresh made and large choice of foods.

Room was not as described on the pictures, we completely missed the living room with sofa, it was not so spacial as described. Equipment of kitchen including cutlery and dishes was very very poor, we didn’t even had enough dishes and knives/forks for all persons. Kettle was not included as deacribed in the link, we had to ask for one. Communication with host only in Deutsch which is big minus. The worst was the tenperature in rooms. We travelled with 4 months old child ans rooms were very cold so we asked for geater but it was rejeceted. As per host, heaters work automatically when its cold outside. Probably 7-9 degrees during the day is not enough for heaters to start. Temperature raised during the evening when its supposed to be reduced for better sleeping.
Location of the house is very good, only 5 kms from Redbullring, and 1 km from shops. Yassi is very nice and kind person with willingness to fulfill all the requsts. Rooms were clean and tidy.
