Would have been better if a queen bed was provided instead of a double twin bed. During my short stay, I noticed that there was not enough shampoo.

I enjoyed the amenities that were provided in the room. The room had a nice shower area which was unique. Besides that, the room was reasonably large for the price and it had abundant of sockets for charging.

Cleanliness. There were puke (i think?) stains in the carpet leading up to my room, there were stains on my bed sheet, dust on the sides of the bed and so on. Definitely wouldn't be my choice for a long stay or a romantic night. The TV in the room was not smart and I couldn't connect my phone to it to even watch Netflix.

The location is quite nice, going to the city center is quite easy as the metro is less than 500 meters away. The reception was very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was quite good as well.

it would be better if the note about wifi ID or password was available for me and didn't need to ask for. I recommend to leave a note in the room. I was staying there just for a day, and it was not a problem for me.

Location was very good, near the bus station. it's important especially when you arrive from airport with baggage. breakfast was supperb, very delicious. room was very nice, cozy and clean. Great bed, soft and wide. There was tea, coffee, sugar, hot water and even fortune cookes with nice messages. I loved it.

When we checked in, the room had a really bad smell. We changed the room, but it was impossible to get another twin room so we had to sleep in a double bed.

Hotel is in a very good location. The bed was confortable and the room quiet. Breakfast was good.

The staff at the reception desk are very friendly and helpful. You can buy tickets for many attractions with them. The room was quiet and comfort. The beds are very comfortable as well. The breakfast is also great, but I missed some fresh juice, I only found boxed juices that are not very healthy.

I did request a nice view and I was in a lower floor with the view to the streer :(. The shower doesn't drain the water well so it floods and ends up wetting the bathroom floor.

I like the location of the hotel, breakfast was really nice, staff very friendly and helpful Overall, we liked the hotel as the room was really good and they left us a cute luck cookie as a welcoming gift. Our only concern was the transparent shower box. There was a curtain, so you could cover up the wall while using it, but we found it not really practical, especially, but then you used to it. If you are a solo traveller, a couple would be different to you, and I highly recommend the hotel

Nothing to mention. The parking difficulties were not linked to the hotel but the nearest park´n ride recommended by the reception was under reconstruction, and the hotel reception was not aware

the location was really good, good coonection to public transportation. Spacious Room, Breakfast offer was diverse for our demanding family ( vegatarian, vegan and no restriction food) and friendly staff. Good advice for morning jooging. The App for morning jogger was excellent.

When booking I requested a bed with 1 mattress. We were put in a room with 2 beds. A shower in the middle of the room is not the best solution. I was there on hot days and the room felt damp, not to mention the fact that if 2 people live in a room, it’s not aesthetically pleasing. The water on the floor of the shower stall did not drain completely and always ended up in the water remaining from the previous bath.

Very polite and friendly staff. Good breakfasts. Purely. Relatively quiet. You can't hear the neighbors, you can hear the street a little, although the room window looked out onto the courtyard. Good transport links near the hotel. Plus, it’s easy to get from and to the airport by shuttle, which departs from the nearby Western railway station.

I did arrive early and didn’t get my room until 2:00 pm, as a one who did book many rooms in this hotel I did expect a better treatment Lights in room not very good There isn’t sleeper
