Room wasn't great. Breakfast was poor. TV was very difficult to connect to smartphone casting. Air-conditioning didn't fit the size of the room - either too strong or too weak. Lighting in the room was also bad, either too strong or too weak.

Great location, overall clean. Staff is ok too.

The room, one that I booked, has got Internet problem and shower was noisy as well. So they changed it, which was very courteous. The breakfast was horrible. I paid 29 euros and also brought a still water bottle to my room, but I didn't use the water because they might charge me extra. I hope they will get the water bottle from my room. It's untouched and unused. so I should not be charged extra money. Thnx

The glass shower opposite a mirror in the actual bedroom - hardly the confidence affirming experience I wanted every morning as a menopausal woman. I would have appreciated a little more privacy. My husband on the other hand loved it 😆

Service quality is not 4 stars (waiting for iron one hour and when not working iron; we stayed for 3 nights, no house keeping. We agreed house keeping every other day and were out of room from 9 a.m until 5 p.m in cleaning day.).

Tip for thise booking rooms after seeing that you can have curtains drawn for the ahowers that are in the middle of the bedroom, it is not the case that the rooms will have them. I dtayed with my mom at the hotel, which was uncomfortable as we could not have privacy in the shower, so one of us had to leave the room each time one had to shower.Or we could isolate ourselces in the tiny and closed off bathroom by the entry, which did not have sinks. You had to exit the bathroom and walk all the way into the befroom to clean off after using the toilet, which must be the stupidest design I have ever come across in my lifetime. They calk this modern and their signature style, but quite frankly it is just ridiculous and uncomfortable. In addition to that, there were unreliable room cleaning. We experienced rooms not getting cleaned some days, some days they were, the beds were not made always, they did not restock coffea, tea and hygiene things in the room. Cups and other things were not always replaced and sadly the room stank of dirty rugs that covered the whole flooring in the room. The room was filled with dust, which was not nice. Also we left the room keys in the powersource when we left for the day, so the aircondition would stay turned on. But one day when we came back tge cleaning crew had taken the key with them, which made us feel more uncomfortable. This might just have been a mistake, but all in all there were so many small mistakes that I would say that there needs to be better management. The dtay was fine and close to the center by foot and other facilities, but I would not stay there again, sadly.

Service of the information has been messed up. (Asking for hypoallergenic room and got room with the bedclothes filled with feathers etc.) Online hotelguide needs to be updated, times of opening hours etc were wrong. Sauna was strange and filthy. There's much to improve in customer service (answering in reception took ages, connecting to room-service and finally got hunged up, little bit rude all in all) Everything got better with time, what we actually didn't want to spend to ask about things what should have been clear already when we arrived. Staff seems to get very nervous when there's something to ask for, couldn't have been even language barrier because we are fluent fex with in English and German. Overpriced after this experience, location wasn't so exceptional either, staff was trying but not professional. Also good to put attention to the times how stores & restaurants are open in Vienna, most of the places are closed at 9 pm.

Cleaning service was not great. Cat/dog hair on the carpet which remained after a couple of cleanings. Breakfast is nice but very overpriced. €29 per person is too much for what amounts to a continental breakfast with a smattering of hot food.

Location was great and the room was nice and quiet. Wellness centre was excellent.

We have been there for 3nights,every day’s clean was done by my request,once in the 7pm, once in the 2pm,nothing refilled water in the room for 3days,waiting 20mins for reception who laughed chatted for 20mins,I added a night extra in the end and I have already made check in in the front desk,but in the morning still got 3 times knock of door to hasten me for check out,I don’t understand

Rooms lack character. Also are poorly planned out. They give you a coffee machine, but don't plug it in and you've got to choose to unplug either the fridge or the lamp to make it work (which is behind the curtain and the cord isn't long enough so means the curtain stays lifted when it's plugged in). Needs an extension cord attaching to the back of the desk. No iron provided in the room (or when asked for).

Comfy room, great location (tram stop 100m away outside). Friendly and helpful staff.

I found it very unpleasant to have the only shower in the room with glass door next to my bed. It should be sperate bathroom and wc with closing door inside the room as I booked and paid for, I consider this as a luck of privcay .

Restaurant was closed during our stay, after working all day we wanted to eat essily rather than leaving the hotel to find a restaurant. Tiny cups in room, far too small for fruit tea. Shower and washbasins in bedroom are not to my taste, privacy glass in show would be better

the facilities in the room are a bit old. It would be wonderful to put a small sofa or armchair in the room. Because it is a 4stars hotel. And the bed itself is just a standard double bed. The place where they put the kettle was some distance away from the socket. The wires are not long enough. So I have to move the table closer to the wall. But the table is extremely heavy. And I do not understand the completely transparant shower room. our room(506) even doesn't have the curtain cover. However the other room has the curtain to cover the showering. It is still a bit awkward even you stay with your family. And there was one day the room was not cleaned.(Both of our two rooms) But I called reception and asked for new towels it came quickly. By the way, the telephone is broken too. I barely heard anything from reception but they could listen from me. And sometimes during the breakfast, it was very busy. It is better to always have someone at reception and guide the guests to find their proper seats.

The location and the atmosphere of the hotel is quite good. there is a no.2 tram line just in front of the hotel it goes to almost all the attractions. and the building itself seems like a historical building.
