The lavatory with the toilet doesn't have a sink which is a bit awkward when one wants to wash one's hands in the middle of the night - as the sink is in the main room beside the shower cabin and close to the beds :). One is rather worried of waking up one's companion with the sound of running water.

A fabulous hotel with a bit of James Bond connection: the New York taxi driver - eventually the owner of this hotel - used to drive Jan Fleming around and discuss the perfect hotel with him, hence the name. Very lush. The room was spacious with lots of lovely extras such as a welcome free bottle of soda. Beds comfortable. Quirky transparent shower cabin in the middle of the room - well, at least the toilet was in a closed space :). Morning view out of the window on Viennese rooftops including the Rathaus and (if one opens the window) church bells ringing to Sunday service, just lovely. Of course it's a perfect location one can walk over to the Museum Quarter, to the Ring and so on. Perfect for Christmas markets. Breakfast was gorgeous (with David Bowie quotations on the menu and lovely classical music). One can both use the buffet and order hot dishes from the menu card (no waste and lovely scrambled eggs with bacon). Also lots of different kinds of smoked fish, roast beef etc in quaint portion-sized glass jars - so no drying out. Nice local pastries including traditional Viennese Gugelhupf. Wonderful selection of Austrian fruit juices including pear and apple-and-elderberry, also regular and pink bubbly. I was travelling with my schoolboy son, so not in the mood, but it is such a nice touch :)

Awesome Location to Main Christmas market and great access to Trams. Staff was very friendly and Bar/Restaurant great. Also, there is an incredible restaurant across the street, but make sure you make reservation. Room was clean and nice layout - Very comfortable. Front Desk was very responsive if you needed anything. Highly Recommend. Great Value .

everything was perfect!!

Breakfast was really good, variety was a lot. it is located in the city center but the area is calm and Tram no-2 is located in front of the hotel! it takes you to most of the attractions. Staff was super friendly. They made a surprise with a champagne, cake and a very sweet note for my mother's birthday. we were really surprised! Room was really big and modern. Bed was comfortable. we loved every single thing! for sure we will stay there for next time!

Breakfast was a bit pricy, but with good selection. The Sauna was comfortable, but need some more attention, since after the regulated time, guests can still go in.

The room was big and comfortable, but some spots such as the gap between table and curtain was not clean. For the rest of the parts is perfect. The Sauna was comfortable.

The best hotel I have visited. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was king sized. The shower was also huge and very aesthetically pleasing. The toilet was in a small separate room, which was practical. The lighting was also really nice and cozy and the wardrobe really big. Perfect and ideal for couples

Maybe it was only my room but it had very bad sound insulation, because at night i could hear my neighbour talking, was a bit frustrating when you had a long day and just need a good nights sleep.
