No proper linens in 1 bedroom until we escalated it. Once we complained, somebody just came in while we were away with no prior intimation to change the linens

If I was to be picky, I would just suggest more seating for a family. The sofa was too small for all of us.

We had the apartment featured in the pictures. This is our second time staying, and it was just as lovely as last year. Gorgeous apartment.

A little further walk than we thought to the centre and quite a steep ascent and descent. A welcome pack to explain appliances and sauna in English would have helped but we worked it out. Egg Timer was broken in the sauna. The heating was too warm at night and we didn’t know how to turn it down.

Modern, clean, spacious, beautiful views, great facilities and super comfy beds. Great communication - prompt and professional and everything worked well. Provided dishwasher tablets, coffee pods and a range of teas. Ease of access and check in.

Amazing views. The private sauna was great. Generally a very nice and modern property that is well-maintained with great facilities. The kitchen was functional and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of space available. The host was very friendly and helpful.

the air conditioner was only one piece there is no AC. Location is not that near to city center and restaurants or grocery. You need to walk around 16 minutes minimum. You can’t find a taxi or Uber in the area I have one of my family with disabilities and the room down stairs or you can go from out side the house for the room.

no air conditioning, however two cooling fans were provided which were more than sufficient during our stay (end of April).

The apartment was stunning, with a beautiful view of Zell am See, and very spacious for two people. We will definitely be bringing our family next time we visit. The staff at We Rent were very accommodating and the whole check in/check out process was seamless and stress-free. We had a wonderful time!

We visited in the Summer and it's a steep walk up many steps from the town. No freezer. Washing machine not working. Bedrooms were hot at night as doors in both rooms were broken so couldn't leave them open. Side lights in bedrooms not working. Dissatisfied with kitchen equipment, the cheapest Ikea crockery was all cracked. Bread board needs replacing. We had to buy supplies like dishwasher tablets as was only given 1 for 5 days. Garden, the grass was overgrown and not separated from the other apartments, and worse still a number of the other guests had dogs which fouled on the grass which made the outside space unusable.

Location was peaceful on the hillside above the town with an allocated parking place. Beautiful views of lake and mountains. Nice apartment, cool looking and modern although could do with a little decorative refresh. Balcony was nice to sit out at night.

Lack of facilities is a big let down for such a lovely place. Aparment for 6 has 4 kitchen sets, no paper towel, not enough toilet paper, several light bulbs not working, floor heating in one bedroom not working. We had a problem with a safe deposit box wich I reported but no one showed up to fix it. Also heaters in the lockers not working, and you need a car to get to a ski lifts.

Apartment is great, very nice design, lovely view, spacious. There are 4 apartments in the building, we were in W wich is the best and biggest out of 4 with a best view. Easy parking end check in/check out.

-there are so many hidden fees ❌ -no cleaning in your stay time -the kitchen is not fully equipped -the steps to have the reservation confirmed is really complicated

- No Zell am See summer card given only guest card. ‏- Stairs are bad for kids ‏- no solution for Hot weather (fan would be good) ‏- Wash machine are shared not clear in the description and cost 3€ per wash and another 3€ for drying. ‏- Small rooms and no cabinets ‏- Clean after leaving only and not cleaning in middle of the stay. some apartments clean every 3 days. and we asked to remove the trash too. ‏-Parking No 1 is not done good especially for low cars. it damaged my car

-the apartment is two level with nice view to the lake and nice terrace. -nice furniture - Bidet shower ) شطاف في الحمام( - kitchen equipped with most if things you need. no freezer though.
