The apartment was cold and the heating didn’t work well. The couch was not so comfortable. The hot water in shower need some time (~5 minutes) in cold room….:( The wi-fi signal was weak.

One night stay, beautiful location. Host was friendly and helpful, everything that we needed was available.

1) very noisy floor; 2) you could enter the bathroom only from the bedroom, which is quite uncomfortable when you're 3 people sleeping in the same bedroom; 3) the kitchen cabinet was a bit dirty and stinky; 4) our apartment was too small for 3 people with 3 suitcases, there was so little space on the floor to put it. The biggest trick was a payment system. For our booking it was written "no credit card needed". But then few weeks before our arrival we received a message from the landlady that we have to transfer her half of the price DIRECTLY to her bank account within 3 days. We were very confused because it was written that we don't need any credit card to book this apartment and we were sure we would pay just in cash while checking-in. But the landlady said that she doesn't work with credit cards. While booking it was written nowhere and we were not warned - we were just trapped because (!) you either transfer money or you cancel the booking by paying half of the price for staying. So you either transfer or lose money. Another problem for us was our bank which doesn't allow to transfer money via SWIFT. And we told this to the landlady but she didn't really care - she just kept on repeating that she doesn't work with credit cards (while the rest of the world does for some reason) and there's no other option. In the end we asked our daughter to transfer money from her bank account because we didn't have time to look for a different accomodation. It was not a pleasant situation for us and we have never faced such thing on Booking before.

Nice place with very beautiful landscapes around! It was cozy and quite clean but it smelled like an old house inside (it didn't really bother but we needed to air the apartment out). It's also very close to the thermals.

Very homey and cozy place, with amazing views to the hills and mountains surrounding the property. The kitchen was very well equipped with anything you could possibly need, the host was very nice and friendly. The parking lot is right in front of the house.

The "studio" was not as pictures on the floorplans and basically consisted of a fold-out couch/bed combi. Didn't use any of the other stuff but there was a little bit of coffee as well as some tea. Towels, glasses, and 2 sinks next to each other. Didn't use the balcony.

The location and staff was very nice. They had a room ready 10 minutes after booking and everything was clean and nice. I only spent one night.

The apartment exceeded our expectations and feels very cosy. On top of that, the host is sweet and did everything to make us feel at home! We were also in awe of the view from the balcony.

As after my initial and polite review (check photo attached) the owner's response shows a total lack of assuming responsibility and blames us for making false statements, I am updating now my review with the whole bad experience encountered at this property and now I will attach also photos that prove my claims. photos I haven't uploaded in the first place. 1.Pillows weren't clean and we needed to sleep with towels on top of them (probably they didn't even bother to change them after the last guests - bed sheets and blankets were clean though); 2.Full of spiders and spider webs all over the place. 3 large spiders were in the kitchenette and you can check one of them in the photo attached. I have captured also a bit of the room's furniture and decorations to match the photo with the location. Who stayed in the apartment from the 1st floor, in the kitchenette can recognize that the picture is taken from there; 3.Dust all over the place, being on the floor or on the furniture; 4.Full of food crumbs beneath the kitchenette's carpet as it shows how the cleaning was done at the property with the garbage being placed under the rug; 5.The owner not showing as I was saying any sense of assuming responsibility after our feedback, places the blame on us getting offended and making untrue claims/reviews and that the place was clean, that after she drawn us attention regarding the fact that we haven`t declared on booking that we were traveling with our child with us. What the lady forgot to mention is that we are talking about a 1 year toddler that slept in the bed with us, in her baby nest and we didn`t require anything extra from her (bed). We were compliant with the location's policy of children of 2 years or more being considered adults. She offered us a plastic bag for diapers (bags that we had anyhow of course), calling this being "extra". WOW! 6.

ONLY UPSIDE: Being a very expensive area, the only advantage with this property was after all the price (which is very high anyhow for the offered conditions). Staying only for 1 night and being on the road, our stay was almost tolerable. BAD (continuation): 6. As another negative side note that I don`t have any more room in the section below to make is that I have checked now all the other negative reviews regarding this property and the host in all of them finds excuses and puts the blame on the guests. As all negative reviews have a common point regarding the place cleanliness I really don't think we all are crazy and have something personal against the host. Hopefully she will act on the matter rather than fighting with absurd arguments any negative reviews or otherwise at least this review will help future guests in their decision, that like me considered the 8+ rating of this place which has nothing to do with reality. I considered it initially with indulgence a 5, but as per the guests false response (stating that the place was clean) and not assuming any responsibility for it, I offer this property a solid 1. Dear host, you may reply with whatever nonsense you will like now, I even expect on you blaming us that we came with the spiders in the jar and released them in your kitchenette in order to take pictures of them :) I regret that I haven`t took anymore pictures, not thinking that I will encounter this situation and I will need them to back up my words, but the ones I got are more than relevant anyhow. PS: I would like also my invoice as you have been the only location out of the 10 we have booked in our last vacation that didn`t offered it to us.

We stayed for one night to relax during a long trip. Appartement was more than we expected for the price. The host was also very kind and helpful.

The room felt bigger and lighter than I imagined from the photos. The views from the balcony (and while driving there) were amazing, the woman helping us check in was so friendly. The sofa bed was already made for us – it looked and felt very comfy. We only stayed for one night but would have been happy to spend much longer there. The location on Google Maps was correct, but we were a bit hesitant to just go and knock on the door, since we did not immediately see the signs that this was the right house and wondered if we had to go through a small side-building in front of it before. But don't worry – just go to the main door as others have described :) By the way, right nearby is a lovely spot for breakfast, Emastoa – make sure to visit them as well.

Problems with room cleanness: even though bedlinen was changed and toilet clean, there were otherwise food crumbs on chairs, not clean decorative textiles (bed covers and decorative pillows). No ventillation at toilet room. Dusty decorations. Bad wi-fi coverage in certain rooms. Cold room.

nothing - absolutely recommended to everyone

super homey!!! everything was wonderful. hosts were incredibly welcoming and very accommodating. we may not be easy guests as we even activated the smoke alarm while cooking, but hosts were super understanding and friendly about it. everything was great, private kitchen & large space. parking also provided, hairdryer given upon request :)
