Unfortunately no full restaurant, you could buy home made food and prepare in your own kitchen or there was a Pizza station. It is an apartment hotel and off-season, so not complaining.

Friendly staff, great spa area, great apartment room and fantastic views. There is a kids play area and a self-service shop for toiletries, food, drink and some equipment.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Rooms are cozy and decorated beautifully. Kitchen equipment in the room is just perfect. We loved the breakfast basket we got delivered to the room, you can sleep as long as you want without missing the breakfast. Wellness area is nice and clean, we enjoyed sauna and pool a lot as the weather wasn't that great. Hotel personal is very friendly and helpful. we would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, lovely outdoor pool, really friendly staff. Excellent with our ten year old, with ping pong table and lots of space. We will definitely be back!

After a couple of days of traveling we ended up in Reutte and this nice hotel. The view, staff and facilities were beyond our expectations. The fact that there was no restaurant in the hotel did not matter because we had an apartment with a nice view and high standard. Good with free parking and both indoor and outdoor pool.

Everything was great!

We loved the concept of the apartment and having all privacy. It’s awesome you can take drinks and food and use the bar and pool and sauna whenever you please! The views are amazing, especially from our room on the top floor. Breakfast basket is great, we loved the privacy of eating it at our own terrace! Dietary restrictions are accomodated very well. Everything is renovated with an eye for comfort and aesthetic. The sauna is super.

Whilst the beds were really comfortable, the chairs in the room weren't. We did ask, and got some different chairs, but they still weren't brilliant. There weren't many TV channels in English.

The pools were brilliant. Swimming outdoors in the infinity pool with that scenery all around was breathtaking. The breakfast basket was generous. Everywhere was clean

The entire concept was extremely well-thought-out and the stay was great. The room was clean, modern, big and had everything you need (slippers, bathrobe, coffee maker, ...). The Hotel had a great spa and also a big "playroom" with a pool table, table tennis, darts and lots of games.

The restaurant was not opened but also fine it was a small supermarket into the hotel

The room and the view was awesome, the commodities all new and well cared, many details thought. The wellness was clean and available also the Gym facilities, the staffs in the hotel was very friendly and helpful (All of them) , it was an excellent disconnection weekend

Please don’t get me wrong, the hotel is absolutely super nice, however some pricing items seems way too steep. We’ve traveled all Europe with our dog, stayed in various hotels of different standards, and never have we ever paid for the dog more than 15 EUR a night. Usually when we pay for him, at least some amenities are included, at least dog bowls etc. Here we’re charged 30Eur a night and the dog is not even allowed in the garden, nothing is provided. There are no shaggy carpets in the rooms that would require some extra special cleaning, therefore I don’t understand this price to be honest. Also, I didn’t like the fact that the hotel advertises itself as so eco-friendly - to be honest, just seeing the coffee from capsules, you can see it is not. Additionally, the sofas in the swimming pool area is an absolute big NO for me. Cannot imagine how it is cleaned, disinfected? Seeing people coming out of sauna and laying down on the fluffy pillows was a bit odd… maybe it would be good to think about some actually eco-friendly, easy to clean covers.

The hotel is located in a beautiful location, we had a great view of the mountains from the studio. The place is very well designed, the kitchenette is a nice bonus. The idea of ready-made food in the jars that can be bought any time and heated up in the room is very helpful, the food was delicious. The studio was so clean that I had an impression we are the first guests there ever. Cool idea to segregate trash in the kitchen :) The spa is ok, nice swimming pool with warm water, open all the time, which was a nice surprise. As per location, it’s very close to Neuschwanstein castle, quick half an hour drive away. All in all, very nice, comfortable stay.

Fantastic hotel. Very warm, helpful and welcoming staff. The hotel is close to the cable car and the views are amazing. Very good inside and outside pool. Covered parking available at the hotel. Very well decorated hotel. Also they have a self service grocerie shop at the reception are with several local products to sell at a reasonable price in case you forget something or feel like a having some wine and chese. ;-p

Extraordinary located (several fantastic places to visit nearby) very comfortable and friendly place. The staff is very open and helpful, a big advantage are the soundproof walls which make you feel being the only hotel guest on site. Highly recommend, will definitevly come back.
