I liked everything without a doubt. The staff was wonderful, the hotel is near 3 supermarkets Billa, Penny and Lidl. Bus station very close, tram station 2 min walk, pharmacy near the hotel. Breakfast was wonderful, very good and fresh. Room is spacious and cleaned daily. Great reception staff as well, very helpful and friendly. Will definitely return, it was worth it.

Nothing was available, wifi was not working, signal strength was very poor, no iron, not possible to warm the food. And many etc.

Good location, tram and metro stations are very close, many shops are near by. Bed is comfortable, clean room, and very good selection for breakfast.

I got woken up by an alarm clock from the room next door. I have experienced this in some hotels already and it is unacceptable, I came here to rest before a hard and long day and had to wake up 2 hours earlier

The hotel is just as described and as expected. 24h reception with helpful staff, great buffet breakfast. There was discretionary tea available near reception. We stayed in a triple room, the bathroom was fine, really liked the shower. Some occasional inconvenience like the dated furniture (mentioned by others also) or too few power outlets but can’t say it impacted the overall experience hence the full score from my perspective. Parking in the hotel courtyard €15 per day depending on availability (seemed like 6 or 7 parking spaces total) or parking on the street €5,2 per day. Supermarket next door and kebab place, other shops nearby as well.

They did not respond to my messages in time, which caused confusion in the reservation. They charged me for one night without having used the hotel and did not refund my money.

Nothing not to like would recommend.

Hotel was great, very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good all you could eat very fresh. Getting in to the centre was easy underground just down the road.

Super location - public trasport; 8 min. walking to airport train Clean Room, bed and bathroom. Very rich breakfast, professional Coffee machine. excellent, friendly professional service. both reception as well as dining room. a very quite, pleasent Garden yard, where you can lounge at good weather. We felt a good combination of a big modern hotel, and the advantages of a small, cozy warm hotel

Marvellous location; Belvedere Palace is only about 2 km away. Great value for money: clean and spacious room, kind and helpful staff. Overall, a cosy ambience. I loved having breakfast in the garden. The reproduction of Klimt’s "The Kiss" in the lobby is a nice touch. It reminds you that you are in the city of such spectacularly rich cultural, historic, and artistic heritage. Mind you: there is an amazing kebab takeaway right next to the entrance to the hotel.

The rooms are smaller than what seen in pictures. The backyard wasn’t clean. The room heater was not working and when asked the reception lady didn’t offer any help. The stay wasn’t very comfortable.

The location was good and so was the breakfast.

I still cant belive that in 21 century hotel rooms doesnt have aircondition in the room !!! It was 30 c in the room all night we sellp with open window. Hotel urgently need aircondition all the rest is OK.
