Nice stay, we came to Kitz for skiing. Pretty petite hotel in Tyrolese style and local authentic atmosphere. Very comfortable, in the heart of the city. Sauna is a plus.

There isn’t enough room to write everything that was great about this property, but it comes down to Johannes, and as far as providing a welcoming atmosphere—he knocks it out of the park. Great location, clean, on site bar, the deck outside our room was incredible. You can see the skiers on the slopes. An incredible family run hotel that I will be staying at again

Hotel is a bit off the beaten path. It is not fancy, but perfect for our family stay.

Staff was very nice and Larissa went above and beyond suggesting places to eat and activities. Breakfast was nice. Hotel was clean. There is easy bus access to Hahnenkammbahn gondola and the town is all withing a short walk.

Our room was a bit small and there is a lot of dead animal decorations which is not everyone’s cup of tea. If you bring your own ski gear you’ll need to take a quick bus as it is 18min uphill walk to the ski lift.

The room was warm and cosy. There was a balcony and the bathroom was newly renovated.

the water that is meant to be thrown into the sauna heater smells strange. We changed it every time before going to sauna.

As to expect from a wooden house not the best sound isolation, but not a deal braker.

1. Breakfast was very delicious with a lot of options 2. Home-like design of the place 3. Parking space right at the door and for a reasonable price 4. Other amenities - sauna at the ground floor with extra towels and bathrobes, place to store skiing equipment, a bar. 5. Location - close to all the necessary places like bars, restaurants, lifts

Oh, maybe just the odd step close to my bedroom door, but it was well marked with high visibility tape. That's all I can think off. Location was tremendous. Vibe was so cool and chill. Very nice people.

Everything and everyone was great. I really enjoyed the breakfast selection and set up with crispy bacon. The decor was perfect. The sauna was small but awesome. I learned that this hotel was the first in town to have a built in Sauna.

Would like to have had access to sauna past 8 PM, would like to have had access to lounge downstairs past 10 PM, otherwise happy with the hotel.

Good location not too far from train station or Hahnenkammbahn, comfortable beds, solid breakfast, helpful staff, adequate WIFI. Rooms a bit small but serviceable, nice to have a sauna to use. Cozy lounge to hang out mornings and evenings.

No elevator but were upgraded to a lower floor room at no cost because my wife has difficulty with stairs.

Good location, outstanding helpful staff, wonderful breakfast with broad choice of items. Traditional feel and atmosphere. Newly renovated bathroom.
