Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Me and my girlfriend have had the opportunity to experience a warm welcome in Ischgl through the attention and care from the family-run Hotel Garni Försterheim. We had booked the cheapest room, which was neat and tidy and had all the requirements we needed. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. Probably the only thing we missed was a mini-refrigerator for our supplies, as the hotel does not offer lunch/snack/dinner options. The breakfast, however, was very good and they even remember how you like your eggs. Coffee is also of high quality. The ski room has everything you need, but to top it all off: the sauna is amazing. Recently built and top notch quality. Probably better than Silvretta Therme as you get to reserve the sauna, so it ends up being a private sauna. Will definitely return next year!

Very friendly and welcoming. Fantastic standard of accommodation and very clean. Breakfast was fabulous. Location perfect for us, almost ski to door. Ski room very good.

I loved absolutely everything! it is exceptionally clean, we had z very spacious apartment, very well equiped kitchen, a beautiful sauna, fresh bread delivered at our door, beautiful views of Ischgl, super friendly and helpful hosts.

AustraliaSauna was very popular after 4pm and there were guests who over used the time - exceeding 3 hours. Perhaps allocation of time for the sauna users would be ideal so everyone gets a chance to use the sauna.
Everything was great! Excellent location for skiers. The hotel is managed by family that live on premises and who are very helpful and would do anything to go out of their way. Breakfast satisfactory with all you need for your morning start. Parking free in front of the hotel although can be a problem if too many guests need to use it. The owner allowed us to park our car in their garage due to limited parking space. Overall I would definitely stay there again.
