The breakfast was very good, the spa was nice and the hotel is very clean. All the employees were very nice and helpful. It is obvious that management treats the employees very well and promotes a very healthy culture.

I accidentally left my helmet/googles near reception and only found out after leaving Austria. Fritz was fantastic and arranged for them to be mailed. Excellent, helpful service!

The location of the hotel is great, with a short walk through town to collect your ski gear at The Valluga shop, where the hotel has collaboration for free heated storage of your boots and skis/snowboards. Great if you’d like to go for a beer in town after coming off the slopes (most places will not let you in if you’re wearing ski boots or snowboots). It was really good free addition. The hotel also has a heated storage area which you use too, if you prefer. The breakfast included in the stay was spot on with mix of cooked options and cold options. The hotel caters well to allergies too. The spa area, which includes showers, saunas, a steam room and relaxation area, and included in the stay, is a great addition….exactly what was needed after long day on the slopes. All of the staff at the hotel were friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable on the local area, helping to find great bars and restaurants to visit in the evening. All in all, one of mine and my friends’ favourite trips made better by Hotel Garni Mössmer.

We left the windows semi opened to get fresh air at night but during the mornings all the fumes from the kitchen were coming into the rooms so you would wake up smelling like bacon or scramble eggs. Perhaps this can be corrected by using a filter or a higher chimney

Excellent location, right next to the pedestrian area where you will find a lot of restaurants and shops. The hotel provides an outsourced depo for the skis 50m away from the lifts. Attention at the depo was outstanding. Breakfast was excellent. full of options and all was super fresh.

Nothing. It's a pity more don't use the bar as it could be a nice evening area. Bar closing at nine could be a problem, but we were fine with it.

Very nice hotel, perfect location. We were greeted very warmly and allowed to park bikes in secure garage. Room was large for a single, and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was everything you need. Special mention to the Australian lady who helped us find restaurants and served in the bar.

Hotel location is central, easy access and a quick walk to the main street and all restaurants, shops and bars. Our room was clean and modern with super comfy beds and linen. Breakfast was awesome, full selection of fruits, cereals, pastries and the all the good hot stuff. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
