Shower with only half door allowed floor to get wet. Our room (17) had angled roof line so had to be careful getting in and out of the bed. Balcony faced side of a hill.

Large clean bedroom and bathroom. Excellent breakfast with eggs cooked to order and Prosecco. Friendly staff.

Excellent Hotel with a wonderful restaurant, warm and welcoming staff and located away from the hustle and bustle of a busy village. Room was immaculate and what I look for in a stay is quiet room, cleanliness and a comfortable bed - for each one I would rate it as a 10 as our accommodation had all of this. A bonus excellent restaurant with an amazing breakfast. A must stay if visiting this area !

we liked the location being right outside of Innsbruck (you would need a car for sure) We loved the room and the restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the hostess greeted us and was professional and friendly. The room exceeded our expectation as did our dining experiences. The dinner we had was dreamy. I highly recommend breakfast and dinner.

The front desk staff as well as the bar/restaurant were hurried and very rude. On two occasions large parties were going on in the restaurant. We felt we were the last of their worry instead of the utmost care and friendliness to the large party. The front desk person who checked us out was the rudest we have seen in a long time. We stayed 4 nights, paid, and I said thank you, she didn't even say goodbye, much less thank you. Nor even looked at us. We live in Germany and travel extensively and are okay with someone who is shorthanded etc. We get it. But this rudeness should never happen.

A nice quiet area. A beautiful view from our balcony! A wonderful breakfast lady who cooked our eggs to order with pleasure! A clean room with comfortable a comfortable bed.

The hotel is locaten on a very busy road which can be quite noisy.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was big and clean with a nice view. Breakfast was tasty and so was the food served in the restaurant.

Very good breakfast, offered freshly scrambled or fried eggs in addition to buffee selection. Building looked very nice from outside and inside. Bathroom was very nice and big. They have popular and good restaurant on the ground floor.

Hotel restaurant wasn’t open, we were told by the staff Seefold town was the nearest place to eat. And there was no tea coffee or water available in our room

The hotel is gorgeous and the rooms are so beautiful with the smell of wood permeating. The shower was hot and luxurious, and the beds very comfortable. My son had his best night’s sleep for a long time. The rooms also have a small balcony from which we enjoyed spectacular views. The breakfast in the morning rounded off the stay with an incredible choice of continental offerings! This was just an overnight stop for us on a long drive, but we would have loved to have stayed longer!

Unfortunately the road leading just past the guesthouse is very busy even at night, but it was bearable during one night. The wi-fi signal was weak, otherwise everything was fine.

We stopped here for just one night on our way to our holiday. The guesthouse is very nice, stylishly furnished, the apartment is spacious. Dinner and breakfast were excellent, staff is helpful.

Shared balcony wasn't great for privacy or second- hand smoke. Investment in some insect screens in the Restaurant would be welcome for a more pleasant dining experience.

Room was spacious with great bathroom facilities. Location was good being in a quiet village away from the main centre of Innsbruck and if you have your own transport (unsure of public transport options). Good breakfast and great meals in the Restaurant when open for lunch/dinner.

The only thing we noticed was the kitchen smells drifted and lingered in the hallways on the 1st and 2nd floors. Maybe the upstairs could have some way of closing off from the restaurant like a door at the bottom of the stairs? It may not be possible though.

Our room was luxuriously renovated and modern with some lovely character still intact. The mountain view from the balcony was beautiful. The bathroom and shower was very nicely done. The bed was very comfortable and the linens had a quality feel. Breakfast was exceptional. All in all a lovely stay in a characterful 300 year old hotel! We only wish the restaurant was open but it's closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Everyone needs a much deserved few days off though!
