The whole hotel is newly renovated. Everything is comfortable and clean. Perfect room for bikes . Breakfast was delicious. Staff was nice. The checkin was easy and quick. We could stay with our big dog.

the layout of the buffet was not so good which meant it was difficult to reach some items (especially cereals) without leaning over a lot of food which was awkward and potentially messy

I cannot fault this hotel, it ticks all the boxes. Myself & a friend skied for 4 days in Feb. The hotel is within walking distance to the slopes/ ski bus, bars & restaurants. We had breakfast included which caters for all. The hotel is spotless & staff are great. Beds are comfy, and rooms are quiet (we looked out on the atreet). Also loved our shower.

The location next to a busy road is not ideal. Opening a window is only possible when sleeping with earplugs. Bed sheets contain polyester and irritated my skin. Absolute no go for me. Don’t understand hotels make this choice as it undermines sleepcomfort which should be the number one priority.

Nice room with modern bathroom. Remainder of the inside of the premise looked good and well maintained. Breakfast was great with a lot of choices.

The rooms on the street side might be noisy if you like to keep the window open. We had to go to the partner hotel to get our guest cards, not a big deal but we expected to have them after completing the check-in.

Everything looks new and feels great. Great shower, good matresses. Plenty of parking spaces across the street. The breakfast was good, special thanks to the Croatian lady that took care of us in one morning, she really made our kid's day.

The Hotel looks like an old building until you step inside. It is really well and modernly renovated. Even though our room faced the street, the windows buffered the noise very well. Everything was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Parking was free, what more do you want.

There was 5 of us and we were staying in a family room. The upper bunk had very little space. Nephew did not mind as much, but some people might have problem to slleep there. So, for 4 excellent, the fifth must not be claustrophobic.

Bit of traffic noise being at the front of theyhe building but it didn't go on all night. Would prefer to have breakfast downstairs not a 5min walk to the other hotel.

The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and squeaky. Any little movement wakes everyone up in the room. It would have been better if we booked two rooms instead of using the same room with sofa bed. I didn't sleep well.

Well - it is a cousin of the Kirchbergerhof where the half board option is taken. We only took this as it was offered by the hotel before we arrived. Unfortunately we were treated like 2nd class citizens as they tried to give us an a la carte menu different from the guests in the “main “ hotel. The waiter was very helpful but someone behind the scenes was trying to change what we had been offered. Very disappointing when his was already a premium price they were getting because of it being race weekend.

We visited for the Hahnenkamm weekend and so we accept high prices. The room was good and very clean and the helpful service at Breakfast was really nice

The property collects city tax in cash; it would be better to be paid with accommodation cost (We generally do not carry Euro coins). We were presented with a booking at breakfast. Why wasn't this included in the check-in envelope? The pillows did not provide any support.

24 hrs reception is not available, city tax not indicated of how much in the booking confirmation. We stayed two nights, however the door key was inactive for the second night at 10 am, you will have to go all the way to another hotel if same name to get your key activated, again on second day the card got inactive at 10 am before even the checkout time! The hotel was hesitate to help us with tourism card which grants you good discount, free transportation, etc. although this card is free by the country and many hotel offered it to the guests.

The fact that the air conditioning is enlisted in the facilities but actually wasn’t available.
