Not very clean, restaurant had a very funky smell, because of that we chose not to eat there the included bfast. For the price paid- fair. Do not expect greatness- shabby aspect of the outdoors. No TV in the room- just in the living room.

The accommodation was quite OK, simple but no problem at all. Breakfast was all right. We could leave our bicycles in a private room for the night locked in.

The kitchen is furnished, but not equipped with plates, cutlery, or anything to cook with. There is no A/C, and the supplied fan is insufficient during hot summer nights. Setting a shower to a comfortable water temperature took some time as the water ran either hot or cold.

There wasn’t even a glass in the apartment. Although there were cooking facilities and a refrigerator, there wasn’t any plates, cutlery……..

The apartment was roomy and comfortable and there was ample parking. Breakfast was limited but okay.

Even tough the apartment has a good location, it’s clean and the staff is very friendly, an interior and exterior painting would benefit the accommodation.

Lei’s Wok is run by a very friendly Chinese family. The Gasthaus is in between of the city centre and the lake. Good location, with the train station right next to it (not noisy) and also a Billa.

we went their with a group on a bicycle trip around the lake. it was perfect for our 1 night stay! the owners are nice! breakfast was not buffet, they gave jam and some slices of ham and cheese with some vegetables and bread. it was good.

The did not speak english which is one thing, but they barely spoke german as well. Some towels were dirty a bit. Even with this I deffinitely reccomend.

The location is run by chinese people, there is one single person all around. No language but google translate. A horrific smell in the restaurant. A mix of disastruous disorder everywhere. In the room there is no soap, no spoons, forks or any plates in the kitchen. The towels cannot be used,they are hush like glasspaper and with a doubtful past times white.

The breakfast was at the minimum standard. Better than the rest of the conditions. Warm enough in the room. The sheets looked clean.

No problems! I was very satisfied. (There are no plates or cooking pans, which might be a problem for some people. But you wouldn't get these in most guest houses, in any case.)

This is an excellent budget option, based right in the centre of town. The room is very clean, and I had everything that I needed for an overnight stay. I read some reviews where guests made complaints (e.g. lack of soap, cups, toilet roll). But, if these were problems in the past, the owners have definitely taken notice and made improvements. I had no complaints. The staff are friendly. They provide a decent breakfast. And this is all for a very good price. This won't be the right place if you want a premium expensive hotel - but that's not what it's trying to be. It's a decent place in a good location, and good value for money.

The restaurant was closed during our stay (they had one week vacation which can be understood). The furniture and design were not the best I have seen, but mostly functional. The place is okay. What were strange is when we ran out of toillet paper, the staff said we should buy a new one at supermarket ourselves. I have never experienced this and this is not cool. Otherwise our stay was all right and we loved Neusiedler See very much!

We loved the location, really super cool. The staff and communication were friendly. Parking absolutely perfect. We enjoyed our stay but mostly were outside on bike rides round the see.

there is no air conditioning, it was unbearably hot, the blinds did not work, the room's occupancy time is indicated incorrectly, the host is difficult to reach, it is a mess, it could use a more thorough cleaning!

For the check-in we had to call the owner as all doors were closed. After 30 min a person who did not speak English nor German opened the door. The smell was horrible inside. We were about to take a shower when we realised there is no soap, no shower gel and no shampoo. That's fine, we will ask tomorrow morning for some and take a proper shower in the morning. We woke up at 7:00 and I made my way to the car just to find out that the doors are locked. After waiting 20 min on the floor someone came and I asked if we could have some soap or shampoo. After using a translation app for En - Chinese, I was told that they do not offer such things... Umm ok ... Water only shower again. But There is a good thing as well. Before leaving the place the guy came and brought us some soap and shampoo but we were already heading to the non-selecting/choose able-breakfast. P.S cigarette butts have been left in the room's terrace

It was hard to communicate with the staff, as they hardly speak either English or German. We had a small kitchen with our room, but without any plates, glasses or kitchen utensils. No safe storage place for bikes.

Basic, yet clean guestrooms close to the bikeroute and train station. It is OK if you need one-night accommodation during your tour around the lake, but don't expect any more. Breakfast was great (served at the table, but good quality and enough for an adult - omlette, ham, cheese, vegetables, jam)

The location was great for an overnight stay around the lake. They had secure overnight storage for our bikes, and check-in and check-out was very easy. It's a family business and they don't speak German or English, but they use their phones for translation which worked perfectly fine.
