A Wonderful Stay in Vienna! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of delightful. The room was fantastic—spotlessly clean, spacious, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. I had some of the best sleep I've had in ages! The breakfast spread was equally impressive, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Getting to the hotel from Vienna Airport was a breeze, with all the necessary transportation options conveniently available. The hotel’s location made exploring the city center easy and stress-free, allowing us to make the most of our trip. A special mention goes to the receptionist, Melinda. She was an absolute gem! Her warm and welcoming demeanor, combined with her impressive ability to speak seven languages, made us feel right at home. She was always ready to assist us with anything we needed, providing fantastic recommendations and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Overall, our experience was simply wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna—you won’t be disappointed!

We experienced an issue with one of the heaters, but it was promptly resolved. However, the bathroom ventilation didn’t function properly and wasn’t fixed, though it wasn’t a major concern for us. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the hotel.

Inconsistent cleaning of my room. Sometimes they only emptied the trash, sometimes they would make bed and leave clean towels but not replenish tea and coffee, sometimes they vacuumed. One day they never came by at all, even to ask if I needed anything.

It was a bit far from the metro station (7-8minutes by foot). The road to the metro station hadn’t have a lot of lights so during the night hours we preferred to use a taxi to return to the hotel.

The breakfast room was in construction so we had to have breakfast with noise and dust from the working. They shouldn't work during breakfast hours.

The room was clean and warm. The hotel is close to metro station and Schonbrunn Palace. In front of the hotel is a local pub with great beer and next to it is the best and cheap schnitzel eaten in Wien.

I don’t recommend the breakfast, its pricey for what it offers, which is the basic.

Location is good, rooms are big and beds comfortable. Its a good hotel if you’re planning to stay there for a day or two, not more. You can find parking in the area, on the street.

The only thing I did not like was lightning, i think, that with better lightning everything would look much better.

I liked the location. It was great and very close to the and metro, cafes and supermarkets. Hotel staff was great, they always answered our questions and were very nice to us. Also breakfast was excellent, everything was delicious. They tidied up our room every day in the afternoon, when we were not there and that’s why our room was always cleaned. Bed was also very big and comfortable. I think, that at this price point, this hotel is great.

I did not like that the TV was not a smart TV. I prefer to use our streaming services when traveling, but it wasn’t a big deal.

The staff was excellent! The area is very walkable and not too far from main attractions. The room was nicely decorated and newer. The bed was comfortable.

The location is great. It takes you 7-8 min walking to get to the nearest underground and this is the best option. There is a bus station across the road as well. When it comes to breakfest, the hotel offers variety of food to satisfy everyone's tasty including vegetarians. Special thanks to the staff. Thank you

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was good and there were markets, restaurants and the metro nearby. It was worth the price and it was not far from the best places to visit.
