Too noisy outside when we open windows.

The room needs a fridge and AC. We were lucky because we visited Vienna in September but one day it was hot and we needed AC for sure. In the night we could sleep with open windows because it's cooler but we could hear some people chatting from the bar-restaurant next to the hotel. So in that case the AC would also be a good solution.

The place was very close to the metro U4 line. in 5-7 mins walking you were in the station. It also had a bus station next to it that was passing through the city center. The room was really value for money. Near the metro station, you could find supermarkets.

Window was open because of the ac unit’s tube so we got bit by mosquitos a lot

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The metro is within walking distance. There is a covered parking lot nearby for your car, 10 euros per day.

One of the receptions was a guy with glasses and very thought Not helpful at all We met him on Wednesday morning. He refused to give us slippers for the bathroom!!!

The fact that there is not air conditioning. There was a fan but I couldn’t fall asleep because was soooo hot in the room.

There was no air condition at the hotel and these days it was extremely hot in Viena. We woke up at night because of the heat in the room. There was also a problem with the safe deposit in the room, which didn´t work. they hold us back for nearly 2 hours till they got that problem resolved. The girl at the reception was also not the kindest one, and told me to stay calm, also I had to get to the reception 5 times...

Room was very nice and modern. The matresses very comfortable.

There was no air conditioning, except for a fan. Luckily, when we travelled, temperatures were around 20-25 degrees Celsius so we didn't require AC.

The staff was really friendly and the room was comfy and clean. Furthermore, it was accessible with the bus and the metro, but it took you quite some time to arrive there from the city center.

The only thing that bothered us was that the room had only one sitting chair. So enjoying food or the company of each other was possible only in bed or in the bathroom when cleaning teeth. Also, the room could use climatization but that was said not to be there so it was expected.

The hotel was clean and comforting, the room was spacious and sunny if you wanted to have the curtains opened. Our room also had a spacious bathroom with opened shower, we used the soap, washing gel and shampoo that was provided and they were nice.

It was very noisy in the morning when the windows were opened. There is no conditioner in the room. Also, we had difficulties with the parking.

The room was clean and cozy, and it was nice smelled. The bathroom is large, and the bed is comfortable with many pillows. The staff was really polite and helpful.

The breakfast is very low cost and quite poor quality. A few houses away is a bakery, it would be so nice to have ať least fresh bread

Hotel is convienently located near metro station, just next to Schönbrunn palace. Rooms are nicely decorated, beds are comfortable. It was hot outside so we turned the fan on and closed the window because our room was exposed to a busy street and we managed to sleep like that. Staff is helpfull.

Air conditioning in the room wasn't convenient. There was just two fans in the room. Besides, there wasn't any tea or coffe maker in the room.

It was a bit warm in the room. They did provide ventilators though.

Great location for the activities we wanted to do in Vienna (e.g. visit Schönbrunn Zoo). Not too hard to access by public transportation (from the main train station), having a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Some restaurants, supermarkets, etc in walking distance. Comfortable beds. Best value for Money for sure.

1. Very hot rooms in summer (no air conditioning but fans which hardly help) 2. Cleaning is too bad - incomplete and sometimes forgotten. You always have to ask at the reception. The bedcovers are not changed but dirty ones are reused.

The room didn't have any Air condition, it was like 40 degrees during the day in the room. It was a good Hotel, but not for summer time with high temperatures.

Everything was perfect and clean, I liked everything about the hotel. I will always recommend the hotel to friends.
