I liked everything about the stay, I cannot fault it.

This was a wonderful hotel in a quiet part of the city. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, our flight was delayed until early hours in the morning and they kept in touch to reassure us that they were still available for us to check in when we arrived - such a relief! Rooms were very comfortable, plenty of space with comfortable beds. The hotel and room was all very clean with housekeeping attending daily, and the shower was hot with good water pressure. A few restaurants in the local area which were very good (be aware, they close around 22.00 for serving food!), and an Aldi and train station within walking distance which was ideal whilst heading out around the city for the day. I would return here when visiting the city in the future :)

- lift was not working - staff was made of 2-3 people. We couldnt sit at a table to have a breakfast becasue they were not cleaned. - staff was crying and discussing with clients because of the stress they had of being insufficient. - the most interesting was that they told us they can not accept credit card payment because their POS was not working. We told them we won't make any cash payment and left, so after a couple of hours they took the payment from the cards used for booking. - absolutely not a hotel, more like a hostel being managed by amateur owners, using insufficient and unqualified staff

Very high price for such low service and no discount for the inconvenience and discomfort they made us feel. the elevator was not working and every time we had to climb their too high stairs to the 5th floor. There was no phone in the room to contact the reception so for every question we had to go downstairs to 1st floor and then up again to 5th. The last day, we went up to the room and the key did not work, so me and my pregnant wife with 39.5 degree fever had again to go downstairs to ask them to fix the key and climb up back again.

We were not told about the time the breakfast ends and we woke up at 10 am as we were very tired after walking 5 floors each time as there was no elevator. The receptionist told us it is late for breakfast but there were 2 young workers who were kind enough to give us plates with food and juice.

The dark and windy room (the problem with emergency doors, the wind is blown from the holes). Breakfast is like in the IKEA for 1€ :)) very cheap... for hot meal only sausages an scrambled eggs :))

The amazing employees made our stay perfect. They were always so helpful. We could check in early, as well. Elevator did not work, but the staff happily helped us during check in and check out. Breakfast was tasty and great!

City view from the window 😂 I even made a photo, it's bad quality, but everything is clear) Strange stuff - nobody provided information about free coffee at the first floor, for example; only after asking why it was only one coffee pack in the room, they told us We asked about the possibility of getting lunch boxes instead of breakfast, they told it's possible and boxes will wait at the reception. The heating in the bathroom didn't function properly. The lift was not working during our stay so carrying up stuff was not ideal. The bathroom drainage was clogged so our showers took longer.

The room and bathroom (walk-in shower) were spacious and lit enough. The heating in the bedroom was adequate. There was a kettle and water. The location is good. There a metro few minutes away and a bus stop just across the hotel. The breakfast was varied. They provided gluten free bread.

Before making our trip to this hotel, I read some comments that the lift wasn't working, when we arrived after a few weeks it wasn't still working.

The room could have a couple more hangers for clothes, a minibar would also be nice, but it's not essential.

Although the hotel is further from the city center, it has great connections to public transportation. Schonbrunn is also 5-10 minutes away by foot and if you're visiting christmas markets, it's probably the best one because it's not as crowded. Overall the room was comfortable, clean, the bathroom was pretty spacious and the hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood.

1. Location: Lidl, restaurant, pub, takeaway, pharmacy and Christmas market nearby. 2. Staff: they were so friendly, professional and helpful. 3. TV. So many channels! We watched the world cup. 4. Breakfast: it was good. Selection of cheese, ham, cereal, breads, cookies, juice, pie, fruit, yogurt, tomato, peppers, olive, sausage, eggs... Coffee machine that you could use all day. 5. The room/bathroom was huge!
