Very pleasant lobby/restaurant area, rooms are delicate, and the staff friendly and super responsive. The gym is small, but has very modern equipment. I particularly enjoyed the running machine with video display - I did morning runs in the Australian outback :-) Short walk to the underground too.

I loved this hotel. Location is excellent, just steps from public transit and the MuseumsQuartier, and within easy walking distance to the historic center and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, the room was nicely furnished and quiet. The breakfasts were great! All kinds of healthy options, as well as eggs and bacon. Great coffee too. The staff are very helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing gym in the heart of Vienna, walking distance to major attractions. Staff is very nice and supportive. A nice spread of breakfast buffet. Our Jr. Suite was big enough with bedroom seperated from the living room. Bed very comfortable. Few minutes walk to metro and tram. Would definitely come back again!

Chairs in our suite were not very comfortable. Breakfast was a little disappointing considering how good the restaurant is -very little fresh fruit and very poor pastries (not what you except in Vienna!) Our bathroom heater/towel rail was not working - despite us mentioning this on several occasions.

Bright, comfortable and relaxed restaurant, bar and seating area. We stayed in the Loft Suite (room 701). Having our own private sauna was a luxury. The suite has two terraces, so you get sun at both ends of the day. Picture windows and great views across the city. The little kitchen has all you need (including an induction hob and dishwasher) to cook your own meals (and there is a very good grocery shop less than a minute away). Appreciated having access to Netflix. The gym is extremely well equipped (including resistance bands, free weights, exercise balls, etc). Had a very good evening meal in the restaurant (&Flora).

Hotel is not worn, green plants everywhere, standart room is decent size with all new equipment. Breakfast is good enought and interesting food, but three mornings havn't changed much. But you get Cava in beakfast and really good coffee.
