The room doors are a bit slow when closing and than noisy at the end. The bathrooms are too small, with sharp edges that are not very safe.

The reception and the lobby are very well designed, with a lot of greenery. The staff is polite. The location is fantastic, walking distance to main attractions, museums and metro station.

The only thing that was little bit bothering me is the breakfast ( I wrote it in my previous review) I mean in this hotel the breakfast is unique with special dishes but not match for everyone I missed 3 important products. 1. toast 2. regular cereal like brenflex, whole grains there is kind of mix but some of the products are not good for everyone so you need to take it out by yourself 3. Fresh vegetables- there is no single one .

It's was not my first in I been several times there so I quite familiar with this wonderful place. as always the staff were great and smiling. specially the guy at the early night shift. And the batista guy he his so nice person and very good coffee maker.

Lack of parking

I loved the location of the property and the inclusive breakfast in a stunning setting. The museum Quartier was only a stone throw away and everything else was either walking distance or transport accessible. Great having access to the sauna and gym facilities too.

Great ambiance, staff and amazing food. We enjoyed the breakfast, drinks in the bar and even dinner in the wonderful restaurant one evening (which we don't normally do in the hotel). It was the best evening meal we had in Vienna. The rooms themselves were great too and even though we did not use the gym this time, it looked well stocked for a hotel gym. Everything was walking distance and we will definitely be back.

Our room was very spacious, tidy with good air-con (needed at the time) Fantastic location, easy walking distance to most attractions, very close to the Museum Quarter, which was great for food and entertainment.

Bed was on the small side, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool. Corridors were a bit dark.

Great toiletries, great shower. Food and drink were amazing. Breakfast was really high quality. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Location brilliant. Decor was fresh and modern. Tea and coffee in room.

Not a negative comment-just a note-the hotel does not provide any bottled water as the tapwater is drinkable in Vienna(very good quality according to my wife)But,i imagine not everybody drinks tapwater(especially from the bathroom tap) or stillwater for that matter.As an example i only drink sparkling mineral water(i imagine i'm not the only one either).Again,it is not a criticism just an fyi comment.Wasn't a big deal anyway,a supermarket is literally 2 minutes down the hotel.

Charming hotel close to all the major attractions.Very friendly, polite and amazing staff-a special shout-out to the young lady who checked us in(sorry,i forgot your name).Good breakfast as well.Coffee machine in the room.Definitely recommend this hotel.

The foods are very special, and they have a good test. The best ingredients Special manu I ever had from each hotel . Nice place, beautiful decoration, worm, and closy. The location is perfect for sightseeing. I recommend staying here. That makes you comfortable like your bedroom. Next trips i will be stay here, that my favorite hotel ❤️
