Location is fantastic - right in the centre but on a quiet street. You can walk to get to almost almost everywhere. Rooms were nicely furnished and very clean. Small but good breakfast buffet with excellent coffee. We will definitely return!

Quiet street, 100 m from Stephandom, one cannot wish for more. Very helpful staff. The breakfast is good but standard.

We arrived to the hotel before 12 a.m. and our room was already prepared, which we really appreciated! 🤩 Our room was in 7th floor with a very nice view and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also really good with varied food. Location of the hotel is great - few steps from Stephanplatz. Highly reccomend! ⭐️

Beds were on hard side for us but we asked for mattress toppers which were provided immediately and solved the problem. Also we requested extra pillows which again arrived immediately. One room a little noisy as opposite very busy bar and we could smell cigarette smoke if windows were open. It was fine with windows closed. Other room very quiet as overlooked a sort of inner courtyard.

Fabulous location. Excellent breakfast and superb staff. As requested our rooms were close together (opposite each other), one of which was a twin again as requested. We had dinner in the restaurant which was very good, with terrific staff. The hotel is full of character and you feel as though you are in Vienna rather than being in some faceless chain hotel.

Lifts were slow and tedious. I was in 7th floor.

Breakfast fine if a bit expensive. But at least one had the choice around the area if one did not want full breakfast.

The room and the windows of the room were small. So, for a family with a baby (with a lot of belongings) it can be hard to move and organize in the room.

The location of the otel was very good. It is useful for families. We have a baby, so they put a baby bed in our room, the bed was comfortable.

Some hotel equipment is due for an upgrade (the mentioned TV, some furniture). Some rooms are quite small.

Graben Hotel is a hotel with history at a great location. Even though the lobby and some rooms might be smaller, our room was spacious and had a separate bath and toilet, it was adequately equipped (air-conditioning, storage places) but with just a tiny TV though. This is not a problem however, as we did not spend too much time in the hotel and were walking around Vienna all day. There is also a very good restaurant in the hotel, which offers a rich breakfast. We would definitely visit again.

Authentic hotel and authentic rooms that give the feel of Vienna. the staff are very friendly. there's nice restaurants on premise and around the hotel. The hotel is a walking distance to the main street.

Maybe TV could be upgraded a little. Eurosport and CNN as only English channels didn't thrill.

Staff very polite, great service. Amazing location! Breakfast buffet was a good variety, every day you could find something else next to the traditional options and you get the whole pot of coffee for the table! It was my birthday and hotel delivered a little cake to my room on the day! Overall the place was just what I was looking for with its old fashioned style and soul :)

A little wird smell in the hallways. Kinda like machine oil. The TV was the size of my laptop screen.

The front dest staff was not very courteous or helpful. The breakfast crew was the same. We ask them if they could give us something to take with us do to the fact that we were leaving before breakfast time. They told us we had to wait until breakfast time.

The hotel is within walking distance to everything. Is an old hotel and the room was small but that wasn’t a problem for us. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was ok, not many choices or anything hot. It can definitely use an improvement.

Our room was always smelling of drainage.... as there was no extractor in the bathroom. Thursday night was very noisy until 4am from people partying in the street outside the hotel!

The hotel is very well located in the centre of Vienna and the staff were friendly.
