You must pay extra 20 € / day for the cheapest parking which is 800 m from the hotel. Old fashioned furniture in the room.

on 2 occasions our room wasn’t cleanes. in fact before leaving I said so to the reception. on both days not even the beds were made up. They just put clean towels in the room and that’s it. Another thing I can’t understand is, why are the restrooms downstairs, behind the reception closed at night ?!

Spacious rooms in an atmospheric property. Hotel is on a quiet street. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Christmas market within walking distance. Key box works great for late arrival.

The first room we had was small, with a tiny bathroom.

The location, the manager, the breakfast. We stayed for two nights twice in the same week. The second room we had was lovely - spacious with a big bathroom

It can get a little noisy with customers checking out early. But I'm not sure that that's the hotel's fault.

It's in a decent location not too far of a walk to the Hofburg. There is a tram station at the end of the Street. It's about a 10-minute walk to the U3 U-bahn which you can take to the city center train station and pick up the airport shuttle train. It's an older Hotel the Wi-Fi is ok. The street is pretty quiet. The breakfast is good. For Vienna I rate it as a good value. In the past I've paid the same for hotel not as good and way farther out so I recommend this hotel.

It was a much bigger hotel than it appears to be took me a short time to find my way around.

Short business trip... Was accommodating to my late arrival with assistance of other guests. And purpose of trip. It was a experience...

Great Location a short walk from both Tram stop and U Bahn station so a good base for getting around city. Our visit coincided with the Vienna Christmas Markets which again the nearest was a very short walk away. Hotel staff very Friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit early to check in however reception staff kindly took our luggage into secure room and informed us when room would be ready. We also had a minor problem with our bathroom which was resolved very quickly and with No fuss . Breakfast room can be very busy as not very big so best to check with staff the quieter times. Breakfast is typical of European Hotels and the staff are constantly keeping the food topped up , coffee and juice refilled etc. so didn't have to wait for anything. All in all a very good value for money Hotel, well situated in Vienna City centre.

A ventilation fan outside my window stopped and started 24 hr/day and kept me awake. Not certain if it belonged to hotel or not. Window faced an inner courtyard. The beer hall on ground floor looked inviting but turned out to be very unhelpful (would not take any reservations but seemed to reserve a table to another couple nonetheless). We found a better place around the corner.

The shower could be a bit stronger, and the hairdryer was weak. However, for the price you pay one it is okay. Room is tiny but you know that when you book, and honestly i felt comfortable in the room, and had space for all, only not that much for a big luggage (for manageble).

Amazing location, just right next to the center. Warm and comfortable rooms. Silent, for a great night sleep. Breakfast with the perfect variety, and with a great cleaing routine. Straightforward and welcoming staff. Elevator very charming

The lady .on the desk didnt have time for me really. She wasnt very helpful at all. Peter was very understanding and helpful. He gave 100 percent to helping me.

Lots of choice for breakfast and well stocked up. Peter was very helpful and understanding. Nice and quiet. Room was clean and good bathroom and shower. Very close to a hugh christmas market, buses and metro.

Beds were a little uncomfortable.

Super nice staff, great breakfast and location was perfect. Water pressure in the shower was a dream!
