Location is perfect for exploring the city centre & other Bezirke. The service team is excellent, very friendly and paying attention. Breakfast good and tasty. The elevator is really an eyecatcher. And but typically for Vienna: the tap water tastes so good.

Fantastic hotel with very attentive and helpful staff. The room was immaculate and very spacious. The breakfast was very nice and the room for the breakfast was pleasant and airy. The whole hotel is very nice and well maintained. The location is central and handy for all the main trams in the city as well as all the main city centre attractions. Would highly recommend.

We loved everything! The staff was kind and friendly, they helped with any question and directed where to go and what the attractions in the city are. The room was large, clean and spacious. There was a kettle in the room, a change of clean towels every day. The morning meal was of high quality, very tasty. The location of the hotel is excellent, 2-3 minutes from the Rathaus, close to public transportation. For sure we will come back again.

Nothing!

This is a great base for a winter holiday to Vienna and is close to many visitor attractions. Basic, but warm and comfortable with a good breakfast included. Very good value. We arrived later in the evening and advised the hotel several days before to enable them to place the key in a safe box. This worked ideally, and a telephone number was placed in the window should there be a problem! So no wandering around Vienna all night because we couldn't gain access (which was a bit of a concern!) There is a good pub style bar and restaurant down the road, Eiles Cafe, which we can recommend.

The hotel is a little dated, but the advantages compensate everything.

Hotel situated centrally (5 minutes walking from Rathaus/jParliament), comfy beds, clean, heating system functions very well, excellent buffet breakfast.

There was a kettle and cups but needed teaspoons and maybe some teabags.

The only thing we didn't like was down to our own mistake. We arrived jetlagged, tired and very late. The instructions about entry were clear so we had no trouble getting in. However, we tried to lock the door to our room from the inside with the key and couldn't do that. Due to being tired and the low lighting we didn't see the tiny sign explaining that the key doesn't work from the inside. Neither did we realise that the door locked itself automatically. As a result we didnt feel safe for the first night. This was our mistake but we met some other people the next day having the same question. I suggest a slightly larger sign to explain that the door locks itself! The reality is that the hotel is very welcoming, safe, comfortable and close to the wonderful centre of Vienna. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Just a few minutes walk from the historic area and just 15 mins from the Spanish Riding School, Tourist Information Centre and Cafe Mozart The hosts were delightful, extremely welcoming, helpful and informative. Breakfast was delicious, a variety of fresh fruit salad, cereal, eggs, sausage, ham, cheese and yoghurt. We were only in Vienna for a few days but if we get the chance to go again we would certainly stay in Hotel Graf Stadion again.
