The bed was made of two small beds, so there was a small gap between them. Also couldn't add breakfast option when I have arrived (to have the option would've been great)

The temperature during our stay was around 30 degrees Celsius. The AC was not cooling at all. The mattresses were a bit soft for our liking. These were minor issues for us. Notwithstanding all this, we were happy with the hotel and will certainly recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was clean, staff very helpful, comfortable and good sized rooms, very good location, quiet and clean place. Just 5 min walk from the metro. We did not take breakfast from the hotel, but it looked good. We prefer having breakfast from other locations when abroad. Price was very reasonable.

It was announced that there is no reception on Saturday evening, but it would be great to have a coffee on arrival. There is no coffee in the room or a coffee machine for self service.

The hotel is not in center of Vienna, but lt is near an U line. We have participated to an event at SimmCity and for us, it was perfect. We didn't have breakfast but we could have a very good coffee in the morning. Very good report quality/price. Nice place in an interior garden for having a coffee or a drink.

We only stopped here for one night as we were going to a gig in Vienna. But I wouldn't have stayed longer. The room as warm, a good size and the location of the hotel is excellent, short walk to the U2 line or Strassenbahn.

Although there was no 24 hrs reception they left my key in the lockbox so I could safely arrive after hours, clean room, air conditioning

My overall experience was great! I only faced a small problem with getting the key as I arrived late (in such cases, you can get the key by entering a code which you'll be given by the staff after calling them. However, in my case, my Austrian sim card wasn't functional and therefore I couldn't call them. I had to wait until someone gave me their phone to call.) After they I reached them, the staff were very helpful and super responsive. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

A bit old fashioned furniture. Shower and the sink are part of the room, not separated. Entrace to the garage was very very steep.

Very pleasant hotel, in a quiet location, excellent breakfast. The only complaint is that the bathroom in the room does not have a door.

I have no complaints. Everything was lovely.

The room was tidy and clean. The bed could have been firmer but not everyone likes a firm bed. I need one for this old back of mine! I rarely eat breakfast at home, so I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel; preferred to wait until I went into the city and enjoyed just a croissant at a cafe for half the price of the Hotel Hahn breakfast.

Bad lighting, strange smell in the toilet, the shower in the bedroom, lack of basic hotel room equippment like a small fridge or a kettle - which seems absurd for such a price, very short duvets, we could hear our neighbours and people walking throught the corridor

Manager by phone. Was ordered one extra bed for child. 19 .00 when arrived, for us was promised , that it will be ready asap. 01.00 in night after 5 calls , we got answer- no extra bed, and its your problem. Be aware of places like this.
