The heaters were rattling which was annoying when your trying to sleep. The curtains didnt fit the windows so no blackout sleep, shower pressure wasnt the best.

The hotel is inside the shopping center, the windows of 4th floor rooms look inside the shopping alleys, underneath the roof, which makes the rooms noisy and gloomy. The 5th floor is just above the roof, but there’s still no view other than the roof itself. During my stay there were some heavy works in the shopping center during at least 3 consecutive nights (so as not to disturb the clients with drilling, cutting and hitting) so the room was very noisy from 10pm to 6am, and the hotel didn’t have any spare rooms to move me when I complained about not being able to sleep.. As an excuse for the inconvenience, they reimbursed my breakfasts. Interior of the room is ok but a bit weary, deserves refreshing.

We experienced a very unpleasant check-in process at this hotel. Our flight was delayed, and we arrived late to find the hotel located inside a mall that was completely closed, with the lights off. The entire place appeared deserted, creating a negative first impression. Unfortunately, the hotel had not informed us in advance about the late check-in procedure. After waiting at the reception for 20 minutes without any staff present, we finally called the provided phone number, which directed us to the mall security office where we collected our keys and checked ourselves in. This miscommunication and lack of clarity from the hotel regarding check-in procedures were disappointing. That said, we must also acknowledge the positive aspects. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with an incredible view in the morning. These factors significantly improved our stay, and we hope the hotel can address the check-in issues to ensure a better experience for future guests.

It was dirty. Plates had hairs on. Fridge had a thick layer of sludge around the rim of the bottom drawer and our towels were stained.

We booked a hotel for the dates of the TS concert and all the hotels were very expensive. This hotel was also expensive and very dirty! The room with the view for which we paid a lot of money had terribly dirty windows and hair in the bathroom. We rented a hotel for two nights, this one we left after the first.

They have changed our towels every day.We asked them for it .Its the first time im facing with this situatuon i think they also havent cleaned the room .The windows were dirty .We have very beautiful view to Dunav but we couldnt see it clearly because of the windows.Im sorry to tell you but u should care more about your service and also care you client. It was a bit uncomfortable sleeping in a room where you can not open the window. The curtons can not cover completly the windows so it is very bright in the room in the morning. The ventilation was noisy and we heard a noise from the room above. There was no possibility to book a breakfast upon arriving to the hotel.

The room was big and extra clean. Hotel is modern and situated in the shopping centre with the restorans with international kitchen, caffe bars, shops... Hotel is a bit far from the centre but located near the metro station and there is a good traffic connection with the centre of the town. The staff was very helpful and kind.

The hotel experience was mediocre at best. In terms of basic amenities, there were glaring deficiencies such as the absence of face wipes, toiletries, and drinking water. The washroom was particularly subpar, with a sink positioned too high resulting in water spillage and a bathtub that was uncomfortably small. Breakfast offerings were disappointing given the price paid, consisting mainly of a limited selection of croissants and bread. Vegetarian options were severely lacking, with only bread and cornflakes available. The absence of an onsite kitchen meant that custom requests couldn't be accommodated. Overall, it was a dissatisfactory experience.

The cleaning service was HORRIBLE and the reception was NOT ANY BETTER. We noticed already on day 1 that the room was not very clean although acceptable, but over days it just got worse. The cleaning service seemed to only fold the bedsheet, NOTE: NOT making the bed so the pillows were just everywhere!. The towel was not replaced after they took away the dirty ones we placed on the floor. We could see visibly dust and dirt everywhere in the room after day 2. We thought it might be just an occasional error but on day 3 it got worse. We went to complain to the reception and asked if they could send someone to clean. The response I got was "the cleaning service was outsourced so out of their control". I understand that's their fact but it's not what I expected from a 4 start and almost 200 euro a night hotel! The reception lady told us we could discuss possible discount as compensation as they could not call the cleaning service back. So I went to discuss with the reception with another guy (the lady already left), and this person grumpily offered me FIVE f*cking EURO back without even trying to show any sympathy to the least. We paid almost 200 euro a night to spend a nice holiday in Vienna and we were there for 4 nights, and we expected at least a clean and organized room to go back to, which should be the basic in my opinion. Offering FIVE EURO for ALMOST NO CLEANING seemed to be me like an insult, and combined with the attitude of the reception was a plain HUMILIATION.

No minibar - very sad about it, especially in summer. A/C is loud. Water was running cold and then warm in the shower, doesn’t have the best flow. Find some dirt on the floor - looks like a toothpick. Parking is not free.

Personnel Availability - Nobody from staff is available in person after 08:00 PM and on holidays even after 07:00. So if you need any help good luck. Our room safe was locked out, I had to wait until next morning for someone to help me open it again. The same thing was during check-in on a public holiday, we reached at around 06:45 PM and the security team of the mall was there to check us in but they had no idea about Laundry or any other amenities. Room cleaning service - room cleaning person replaced the towels only. We check in and there was dust with cobweb on the floor and nobody cleaned it for entire duration of stay (3 nights)
