Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsThe showers were barely functioning in our room. Maybe it was because we showered late and the warm water tank ran out, but it was hard to get a proper shower in. Maybe it was just a fluke, since a family member that stayed in a different room didn't have the same problem.
The location was wonderful, especially for a transit trip. The people help you very nicely and the breakfast is great. We also had dinner in the restaurant which was quick and tasty for a very reasonable price. The room is clean, more than big enough and has a great balcony that's more than roomy enough for up to 4 people. The accommodations are very close to a ruin of a castle which is definitely worth a visit.

The place is situated under the famous Highline 179 bridge. The rooms are clean and tidy. The bathroom is amazing an d big. The mattresses are very comfy. The breakfast is very nice with many options. The hotel has many extra facilities for riders, hikers, campers etc.

Czech RepublicThe responsiveness of the accommodation should be improved. I had to send my question (regarding the local transport) twice until responded. Also the phone calls were rather passive. Even not sure if the phone contact published at booking. com is to the reception (which I would expect) or to the restaurant service (which was my feeling about). BTW, the attitude of restaurant personnel's deteriorated during the week. Booking of a table in the restaurant for a dinner was required during the last two days of our stay, but eventually not possible.
Beautiful place and surroundings, very good and clean accommodation. Tasty breakfast, but could apply some innovation during the week ;-)

CroatiaThe room was perfectly clean. Breakfast was served in the restaurant across the building. The restaurant is very big and has well equipped play area in one corner so parents can enjoy a cup of coffee in peace. Location of the hotel is excellent. Only 20minute hike to Ehrenberg castle ruins and Highline179 bridge.
