You have to walk over a large slope to get to the hotel entrance which is not bad but it would be good to warn guests.

The room wasn’t cleaned during our week-long stay, and our towels weren’t changed either. It would’ve been nice to have that service at least every other day. The bathroom supplies were a bit minimal—two small bottles of soap and shampoo for the entire week isn’t enough, especially for two people. The Wi-Fi barely worked; I get it, we were high up the mountain, but it was a bit frustrating. Overall, though, it was a lovely stay. The hotel was cozy and the staff was friendly. I’d definitely recommend it, but a few improvements in service would make it even better.

The location is a bit tricky to reach without a car, but once you’re at the station, a quick cab ride will get you to the hotel. It’s quite secluded, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere. The room was super cozy, warm, and very clean. The bed was huge and comfortable, so we never bumped into each other, which was great. Everyone at the hotel was really friendly, and their customer service was excellent. The vibe was cozy, and we felt right at home. We didn’t need the ski instructors but they are available and are a great option, especially since the slopes are so close. Breakfast was good, though it was the same every day—wish there was a bit more variety, but it was still decent.

There was barely hot water. The bed was very uncomfortable. There is a fee for the parking (which is super hard to get there because the way is very steep). The restaurant closes at 18:30, and for the guests at the hostel makes it uncomfortable since the way back to the town is, in winter, full of snow and ice, pretty risky.

The location is amazing. Very pretty views from the room. You can start skiing directly from there.

We spent one night at Hochfeldalm, and it was wonderful. The host was very kind, the view was breathtaking, and the room was nice too. The common fridge was a great idea as there is no fridge in the rooms. There were many options for breakfast with great coffee - and the buns were still warm! We also had dinner there, and it was delicious (their Käsespätzle is highly recommended!) We can only recommend this accommodation.

The restaurant has been closed - after skiing I had to go down to the city to have something to eat. There was restaurant service in booking.com - they could warn the guests that end of the season no meals available around.

The parking place is about 200m away, and it is a little tricky to navigate the ski slope to and from the parking lot. It also costs €15 a day, so you need to be aware of this. It's difficult if you are bringing luggage, skies and groceries. We thought we would eat there, but the restaurant was not open in the evenings.

The view is out of this world! The location is great and away from all the hustle and bustle of Sankt Johann and Kitzbuhel, but it is close enough to get to either in a few minutes. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, and again, that view!! We had everything we needed for a great stay. The staff were friendly and especially made a fuss over our little dog.

The team there is magnificent! We spent Christmas eve and Christmas day at the chalet and it was wonderful. The rooms are nice and clean, with everything one needs and the service is impeccable. Everyone is super friendly and does anything to make you welcome. A nice addition to the team are the two very nice and friendly dogs 🤗.

Extra costs ....parking was an extra 15 euro per night ...booking. com says no extra cost..??? What was a good value for money suddenly was not ....shame...

- Location is difficult to access, you are greeted with a fee of €15 for parking per day despite the fact that the booking.com description clearly states that parking on site is free. - Smelly communal bins outside our room. People had clearly not been adhering to the strict recycling rules. - Breakfast was good but charged at €15 per person, I thought this might have been included with our booking considering the price point. No communication about when it is served, we arrived at 9:45 and breakfast had stopped. - The attached restaurant did not open until the last night as we were the only guests. Understandable from a financial point of view, but we were disappointed as it meant we had to drive down the icy mountain road most nights of our stay. It feels like self catering is preferred. I'd recommend Alpengasthof Hirschberg just across the ski slope as they seemed to be open every night for dinner service.
