United StatesThe owner is not very flexible. The TV in the room has absolutely no English speaking channel.
a good hotel in a beautiful garden, with an indoor pool. The rooms lacks character but the attached restaurant is worth visiting ( But you need to be very patient !). You are very close to Traunsee, go by car and visit the lake and chapel.

Absolutely everything. The location was stunning, the facilities were top notch, the service was personalised and impeccable. Our room (the family room) was straight out of an interior design magazine and the breakfast was great. We dined several times at the hotel restaurant which was adjacent to it and is also run by the family - and it was delicious. There was a big park with a trampoline and other games to keep the little one entertained and the roofed, heated pool was a big hit also. There was a lovely garden to have tea and cake in (home made cakes, coffee and tea were available from 2 to 4 pm at no extra cost) and also to read a good novel and lose yourself in the scent of the flowers and the sound of the feature fountain. The gentleman who runs it has high attention to detail and was very kind and attentive. We had to leave before the usual breakfast time so he got up one hour earlier to make a full breakfast just for us! He made sure our stay was excellent and we will definitely be coming back next year! Many a hotel owner/ hotel chain manager should visit and take notes on how to run a place to an absolute high standard.

IsraelVery friendly staff atteded every request that we had. Excellent breakfast. Spacious rooms, well decorated and very clean, each with a balcony. Beautiful garden and swimming pool - so much that we wanted to stay there all day. Very nice traditional restaurant for dinner. We will definitly come back..
