I wasn’t aware it was a dog friendly hotel. I am a huge dog lover, having 7 dogs myself, but unfortunately there was a dog left in the room next to ours for most of the day and evening and we endured about 6 hours of intermittent barking and howling. I was more upset that the dog was distressed at being left alone in a strange place than the noise it was making,

Excellent location, just 5 minutes to centre of town and 7 minutes from train station. Room was clean, requested room with bath and was extremely happy to find this was the case when we arrived. Breakfast was excellent, a good selection of hot and cold choices and plenty of room in the seating area.

The hotel is in a good location, about 5 mins walk from the train station. The rooms are clean yet somehow give retro feeling. My room was tiny but i only stayed one night. An electric kettle can be borrowed at reception. Mr Darius at reception is a very nice and friendly gentleman

Just a 3-minute walk from Innsbruck HBF, this classic hotel retains its charm with traditional keyed room doors. The check-in/out process is smooth and efficient. Rooms are spotless, and the breakfast is excellent. We stayed for three nights in a double and a triple room. The hotel offers complimentary access to the gym, sauna, and other facilities. The reception staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

Doors have to be locked with a classic (heavy) key, but reception staff is happy to safeguard it when you leave the hotel.

It was at an excellent location, really easy to find. Clean, good sized rooms, delicious breakfast. The sauna was excellent. And the staff was really nice. Really good value for money.

The obvious bathroom update was cheaply done. Towel racks were dangerously loose and the bathroom door poorly hung. The sink surrounds, where it attached to the basin was discoloured and looked mouldy. The room was very warm and the heating could not be changed that I could find. The beds were not very comfortable.

The staff were exceptional. Very friendly and linguistically diverse. The location was great for the old town.

Very close to the city and rail station. We had an upgrade from the hotel which was an unexpected surprise. The breakfast was excellent. A very traditional hotel with modern facilities. Quiet. The bar and cafe had a jazz combo play in the early evening.

The Hotel is exactly as described Central. 5 minutes walk into the centre of Innsbruck, 5 mins walk to carpark. There is no car park at the Hotel. Exceptionally clean. Staff very friendly.

I didn't have any problems or any complaints.

The hotel is just a short walk away from the train station and to the center of Old Town. The room was good size, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good with a lot of choices. everything was clean, the Wi-Fi was good, and I had a good 3-night stay.

I've seen mice at the lobby every night during my stay and the staff said they would do something about it but they were still there. The walls are paper thin. We had our nextdoor neighbour come knock on our door to tell us " keep it down " even though we were speaking on a normal tone only.

It's a big, nice hotel very centrally located. The breakfast was amazing ! Good quality ingredients and a lot of choice The Spa was very nice after a long day of hiking! Very nice staff at the reception

My room had a few issues which, while not being too much of an issue for me, can be a problem for some customers: The door doesn't stay closed unless it's locked, the bathtub plug couldn't stay open so I had to remove it and the sink evacuation was very slow. Also the breakfast could have been a bit better with better croissants, hot chocolate from the coffee machine etc.

This hotel is located, as its name suggests, right in the center of Innsbruck which is perfect for exploring the old town and accessing many facilities and activities. The hotel building is very beautiful and spacious and rooms are very new with confortable beds and lot of space.

No kettle in room. We were given one when asked but unfortunately we didn't use as had strong unpleasant odour.

The location was very central. All sites within walking distance of the hotel. Quiet, comfortable. Staff were lovely, very friendly, gave lots of good advice and information.
