Unfortunately not possible to tilt the window to keep it open for a longer time - only full opening was possible and then could not close the blinds. Safe for valuables available, but not large enough to store a laptop.

Easy communication upfront about reservation of hotel parking space, friendly and easy check-in, room was comfortable although small - really enjoyed the sitting space next to the window for reading and good idea with table on wheels. Location next to main train station allows for easy access to supermarket, bakery etc. - and easy short walk (or tram) to city center.

Poor internet in my room on the 6th floor.

Location at the south end of the train station is great.

Bathroom/Shower little bit weird - there was a glass wall between the shower and the bed and the sink was directly in the room. It looks interesting and modern, but it is not really practical. We are a couple, so we did not miss privacy, but anyway, the light from there penetrated the whole room (not practical especially during the night).

Very friendly staff, liked the building and our room. Me and my 10-year old borrowed (adult) bicycles the next day (that come with helmets and lock) and explored Graz on bike (10€ per day per bike). This made such a difference to our trip. Cycling Graz felt very safe and easy.

The corridor is a little bit old-styled, compared to the other spaces in the hotel. The toilet and the shower are not completely separated.

The reception guy was amazing! I arrived really late and he gave me an apple (I was hungry ) Really good energy and service...He gave me a nice moment.. The breakfast fabulous ! I wanted to stay more and book the e bycicle and more services that they were offering, but was only one night stay..

Ventilation in the shower/bathroom ran the whole night and couldn't be turned off. It was a subtle noise, but i could not put my attention away from it. Stayed multiple times at the hotel, this was never an issue before.

horrible experience, there were two optons for late checkout: 20€ until 14:00 or 30€ until 16:00. I paid for 30€ to have LATE CHECK OUT UNTIL 16:00, (they accepted and the payment went through), as I was walking on the street, they called me around 11:00 (check out normally at 12:00), saying they couldn't allow me to do the 16:00 late checkout because the fee that I paid was the "new" fee for the 14:00 late checkout, which was nowhere in the sign right next to my room. they DID NOT wanted to reemburse me the 10€ difference that was supposed to do, and instead they gave me the "option" to leave on the normal checkout hour to get the full reembursment of the 30€, (which i did take it). regardless of which late check out i was supposed to have, my room key was already denied access on elevators around 12. I was left to pack my bags rapidly and leave in such an awful manner. they are not realiable at all.

No English channels on the TV

I arrived exhausted, cranky, sore feet, and the staff were PERFECT. Let me onto the room a hour or so ealty with out me asking. Smiled, asked questions, cared to check if I was ok. The room is modern, beautiful linen, huge full pressure super hot shower. Mini bar and a nesspresso coffee machine A balcony. All very top quality and modern Lovely cqfe foyer area too. And the e scooter. So easy to ride and get around on.

The location to the train station! The breakfast was wonderful. They had mopeds for rent and we got one for the day.

if I wanted to be super picky, I'd say the carpet in the room, hard wood just always feels cleaner

best feature: regular check-out time until 12pm wonderful shower free gummi bears as a bonus friendly staff, were even able to have the room a half hour early wonderful location close to the train station

Excellent staff! Very welcoming and friendly. They made us feel very comfortable. The rooms are great and we enjoyed having a balcony to view the area. The facilities in the room are exceptional. The only down side is we were here for one night, I wish we had planned to stay here longer!
