Unfortunately, we stayed during a period when some of the rooms on our floor were being refurnished, which, understandably, did not enhance our comfort ;)

I stayed in the "Superior Room with Terrace". The view was very nice from the terrace where, if it wasn't raining, it was very nice to stay. The pictures on the website are relevant. The bedroom is on the upper floor, while the living room and kitchen are on the entrance level. It is a great choice, and I was pleasantly impressed by how the space was optimized to include everything you might need. However, this comes at the cost of limited free space ;) The area is very good with access to public transport and supermarkets. It is definitely a very good option for Vienna and I will book again on my next trip.

The pillows were awful. As we grow older, we need more neck support when we sleep, and those pillows were so thin. A asked for more pillows that were immediately provided, but it did not solve the problem.

A few weird (but fixable) things: 1. the bathroom door next to the bed was clear, so one person using the bathroom in the night could wake the other by turning on the light 2. lack of plates or silverware in the room 3. heat was set to very high level when we got there and the heating controls were hard to figure out

The rooms were very comfortable and modern at the same time. The breakfast was excellent and of high quality, with some options that are usually available only in much more expensive hotels. Real coffee like this, is always appreciated.

Small room, it was hard to feel comfortable in such tiny space. Snack bar in the room that is basically only water and beer. Long distance to the room from the entrance. Elevators were not always reliable. Noise from the street.

Hotel was in the close distance to train station, bakery, supermarket, McDonalds and many other facilities. There is a laundry room and posibility to have some snacks, breakfast or sweets from Coffee shop which is placed in Hotel building. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom was small, but cosy.

The hotel is a bit far from the center and two bus lines are needed to reach the tourist attractions. There is no parking on site. The hotel is built lengthwise and there are stairs in the hallway, which is difficult for elderly guests.

A nice hotel with a welcoming staff. We stayed at the hotel for a week. In addition to the standard of a hotel, the hotel offers a variety of additional activities such as: a gym, sauna, kitchen that includes utensils for eating and cooking.We stayed in a double room. The room is comfortable and spacious. Spacious shower. Dining room offers a variety of cold cuts, cheeses, jams, salads, and breads. There is a supermarket on both sides of the hotel for buying food.

You need to ask for whatever you need extra eg. House slippers, plates/ bowls was locked, we needed to ask them to give us acces, no bathrobe (nor in the room or even at the spa). Only 2 sauna rooms, with short program (17-22).

The design of the rooms are outdated. It would be nice to have a jacuzzi in sauna area.

The location of the property is good. It is 20 min away from the centre of Vienna by tram. You will find everything you need in the room. Hotel has nice sauna facilities. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful.

We had some issues with the garage, mainly because the other hotel guests parked their cars very badly, leaving little or no space to our car on the designated parking spot (that we paid 20€/night).

Although the bed was very nice, the pillows were not comfortable at all. They were very flat, and bad to sleep on.

The location, the design of the rooms, the facilities, including the small kitchen, microwave etc. We always had hot water in the shower. It was very close to public transportation, with easy access to the city center. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

It’s great that the hotel provides parking. However, the garage is not very convenient to access. To open it, you have to call the reception, as there is no option to press a button or receive a remote control to open it yourself. You need to call the reception every time, which is not very convenient. The entrance to the garage is very narrow, and it’s not immediately clear which garage belongs to the hotel when entering the parking area.

The hotel is very well located; you can reach the city center by tram in 20 minutes. There is a bus and tram stop near the hotel. There are many supermarkets and cafes nearby, as well as a McDonald’s within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and polite. The rooms are clean. A big plus is that pets are allowed. We stayed with a dog, and there was even a sofa for the dog in the room. Every day, water and beer were provided for free in the minibar.

The hotel is very comfortable but a bit tired looking in places. The bed head was in a terrible condition & did not look very pleasant.

The hotel is in a good location, close to train, tram & bus which get you to the city centre within 30 mins. Our room was very small but the bed was comfortable & the shower was great.

Deadbolt lock on door easily broken (informed staff of this who assured would fix).

Staff were brilliant, so helpful especially as I needed to visit the local hospital at night. Lovely room with brilliant air conditioning (much needed!). Good bike storage facility.

To park the car in an underground and rather creepy garage, we paid 40 euros (2 nights stay). There is a lot of noise from the neighbours and the walls are very thin, it was almost never fully quiet. We didn't receive slippers or a bathrobe, which is simply unacceptable considering the price. Small toiletries were not included (although we received shareable ones).

I love the area, although a bit far from the main attractions. Public transport is great, tho. Both rooms I booked for the family were tidy, but a little dull and old. We all agreed the beds were comfortable enough. I appreciate that there were plenty of supermarkets and shops nearby. The bartender makes amazing cocktails!

We took a look at the breakfast and were not impressed. We opted to eat at the excellent, connected Oberlaa bakery instead.

The rooms were nicer than the somewhat outdated lobby and hallways suggested. The air conditioning worked well - a rarity in Europe and very welcome in the August heat wave. The staff were extremely nice to us as well, quickly answering our questions and doing whatever they could to help us.
