Accessing the parking garage and getting out was complicated and time-consuming. No one picked up the phone at the entrance of the garage to let us in or out, and we had to run upstairs to reception every time to get help.

hall doors were heavy to push and noisy; cigarette smoke from the neighbors’ terasse.

Good breakfast, nice room, comfortable bads, quite location, terasse with plants and tree for some of the apartments on the first floor, staff who borrow us umbrella because it was raining.

It would be nice if there was a more detailed allergen labeling on the breakfast items. Parking in Vienna for tourists is difficult. The hotel technically has an underground parking, but it cannot be booked in advance, so when you arrive it is a question of luck if there will be free space. The staff was helpful in suggesting a garage that was close and affordable.

The hotel is located in great neighborhood, with Grinzing, an old wine town a short walk away. The rooms are clean with a comfortable bed. The sauna is excellent and was open until 10pm. The breakfast is plentiful and on request they provide gluten free bread as well.

Excellent location and good value for money on a short visit to this part of Vienna. Parking garage was a real bonus as street parking is restricted.

too far out from Vienna and had to catch a train and then a bus Didn't like the fact that there were stairs on the 2nd floor which was difficult with a heavy suitcase to lift - hurt my back.

Initially I was checked into an apartment on the fourth floor, which was across two floors (a mezzanine bedroom with only a night light window I couldn’t close). That room was very dated and needs renovation and there were very steep steps up to the mezzanine. However when I asked for a change, that was accommodated quickly and I moved into one of the renovated rooms on the 1st floor which was much better.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. The lobby area and next door cafe are very nice, however some areas of the hotel could do with a spruce up.

the kitchen cooktop in the apartment was not working. Working kitchen was one of the main reasons for me to book this place, but unfortunately the kitchen cooktop was not functioning.

The bathrooms are super small. The room was paid in advance by another family member (it was a gift) but the receptionist did not manage to see this in the system and so the receipt from the payment had to be shown. I found this unprofessional.

In other apartments there are a set of drawers in the wardrobe. The wardrobe in the office mezzanine could accommodate this. Need more USB points on lower floor & office. Television only one English news channel could be accessed on the TVs. Kitchen equipment: The vegetable knife was blunt and no improvement when changed. Really really need as standard equipment a flat silicone spatula for cooking eggs /stirring

Love the modernised Duplex room with more work surface to prepare food and the extra toilet. When we needed an issue sorted the staff were caring, helpful and addressed the request. The staff go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Great professional attitude

No bathroom slippers in the room. We asked for them and they were offered though. Also, I suggest to include some ear cleaning buds in the bathroom's toiletries.

The hotel is located in a good area, close to shops, restaurants, public transportation. The staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms are clean, the bed confortable. Good breakfast, various choices.

The kitchenette wasn’t stocked with utensils or plates.

I took an executive room that had a separate bedroom and upstairs living area. It was quiet and very comfortable. It also had a terrace. The living area was also spacious.

Food was very bad ,with very few options to choose from. Room although was clean, but was too small and over crowded with old furniture,giving kind of scary feeling

The doors between the rooms couldn't be fully opened because they hit the beds. There was no shampoo and no ear cleaners.

I reserved two rooms, one forcus and one for the children, and unexpected they were connected(I liked), they were clean and comfortable, watwr and beer in the refregerator. The staff was very nice, and helpful.

The headboard of the comfortable bed was really unacceptable (see photos.). Have never stayed in a hotel with wear and tear like this. I asked a front desk clerk about comping us breakfast in exchange and she said, “No, all the rooms are like that.”

An older hotel with a certain charm. Location was perfect for visiting friends who live nearby. Front desk clerk at check in was friendly.
